Very basic, but good
I've been on a Keto diet for over 9 months, so I know the ins and outs by now. This e-book was free, so I can't complain. It's a very good resource for the beginner or people that are totally new to cooking. Many of the recipes are very basic, such as telling you how to scramble eggs or make deviled eggs (most people already know how to make these things, unless they've never been in a kitchen). There are a some slightly more creative recipes, such as making a Asian-style peanut sauce to serve over shirataki noodles, there's a good recipe for Peanut Butter Fat Bombs, how to make Keto Mayonnaise, among others. There is no nutritional information provided, not even net carbs, which makes choosing a dish to cook more difficult since even people on ketogenic diets have different carb tolerance levels. The end of the book contains some useful meal plans, which beginners might find particularly helpful. I'm glad this was free and I know it will help some people, but for me it was too basic to be of much use.

Ketogenic Diet is a great way to loss weight and reduce excess fats
Ketogenic Diet is a great way to loss weight and reduce excess fats. This book introduces the concept of how to use ketogenic diet and how does it benefit in your weight loss program. I love the idea of using fats and protein as source of energy instead of glucose from carbohydrates. This book contains several ketogenic recipes that are cheap, affordable and easy to prepare. You can just choose among these recipes for your breakfast, main dish and others. Furthermore, this book gives supplementary readings and a 7 Day Ketogenic Program which you can easily follow. However, I have few things to suggest for the improvement of this book. While the author claims to be an expert on this subject, she should not fail to give some references to support her ideas mentioned in the book. I am very sure this will give more authority. And another thing is that I would prefer this book to have some illustrations or pictures for aesthetic reasons.Overall, this book is a great help for those aspiring to loss weight through following the ketogenic diet.

Good recipes, bad formating
This is a book that is only helpful to total beginners, both in ketogenic diet and in cooking. The recipes are very simple and basic (there is even a recipe for scrambled eggs) and that is good for someone who isn't often in the kitchen. I have to mention the poor layout of the book β the recipes just kind of flow one into another, there isn't any sort of page break or significant space between them. There should at least be new recipe on the new page.I am not new to the keto diet so I didn't have much use for this book. It was free when I got it so no harm done, and it is not a bad book, just that it is for newbies in a kitchen. Keep that in mind.

a much better buy was the cookbook I bought at the same ...
This book is exactly what it says it is: 42 recipes. No photos, no page numbers! If I had purchased it alone, I probably would have given it four stars, but for the money, a much better buy was the cookbook I bought at the same time - The Ketogenic Cookbook by Jimmy Moore, with color photos, nearly 400 pages and lots of extra and important information. However, that said, this little book is a great way to decide if you want to try eating a Ketogenic diet and don't want to invest in the big cookbook. I will update later when I've given the recipes a workout - because the real test of a cookbook is in the FOOD you cook!

easy to source
In this book, Ketogenic Diet: 42 Delicious Ketogenic Diet Recipes for Weight Loss, Sara Banks provides a recipe book for following the popular Ketogenic Diet. She begins by explaining what the Ketogenic Diet is and why it works in a simple and easy-to-understand way that nevertheless manages to be accurate and informative. The recipes themselves look tasty, and most of the ingredients are mainly ones that are common, easy to source, and not prohibitively expensive. Surprisingly, there are even some delicious looking desserts in here! One of the things that looks most attractive about this diet recipe book is that there are so many foods in there that you would not normally be able to even look at on a diet. Things like bacon, cream, cheese and home made mayonnaise are no longer forbidden. At the same time, there are some very nice sounding salad and vegetable options, and the diet seems to be very balanced.

Say goodbye to those fats by skipping out on carbs. Check all the recipes here and you'll find the advantage.
A ketogenic diet is mainly a low carb diet, which works for those who want to lose weight. Moreover, the fats from used are used to create and spend energy. The advantage of trying these recipes is simple, the fats will be used instead of carbs so they can leave the body faster. From breakfast meals to main dishes, the recipes here have you covered.

Some great recipes, some too basic and inconsistencies in meal plan
I generally liked this book. Some nice recipes but lacking nutritional info, which most followers of a Keto diet would want. Some recipes, like scrambled eggs, are just so basic, they are a waste of space. I loved the meal plan in the back, until I realized that the per meal nutritional info was inconsistent, when it was included,it listed only net carbs and the author included foods not in the cook book! I will use a few recipes but unfortunately will have to look further for the corresponding nutritional info.

OK
The recipes look ok but i am just not very inspired to make then due to no photos! Really helps visualise what you want to eat. There are though some good looking recipes which i will try at some point. Photos of the food would make this book a higher mark and also if there were a little more information in there, i noticed a couple of the instructions were a little vague.

Disappointing
Some of the recipes seem to be lifted from keto websites, and a few of them are so simple as to be ridiculous; for example this book includes a recipe for standard scrambled egg. Nice idea but poorly executed.
