The Shepherd's Code Paperback

In 2017 ordered from a video, which turned out to be flawed. However, I managed to download enough to try the plan and from April to October I dropped 60 lbs and 3 sizes, and it was sooo easy. Health issues, not related got in my way, but in all my years, this time I did not gain the weight all back, plus some. So now, I ready to drop the 20 lbs that I gained. I discovered that Amazaon had the tools that I originally paid for and did not get. So this is exactly what I hoped for. Dropped 4 lbs first week! Haven't weighed today, so hopefully Halloween Candy did not mess me up too bad.

The book was interesting and informative.

Thought this was an actual dieting book but just a commentary.

I read the reviews and I still ordered the book. It was as they stated. I knew that Jesus (or any Jew) did not eat pork or any pork products so to call it by that name is far fetched.Now do not get me wrong. other than that, I believe that eating the way stated in the book is healthy for myself. I have lost weight. (41 pounds) but I lost all that going back on the old atkins diet plan. If I had not bought the book my diet would not and has not changed. And of course I would have saved my money by not buying it. It is not a bad book, I think it just has the wrong title.

I paid $17 for Dr. Mercola's Fit or Fat. After hearing an add for SC, I became curious how the Keto diet lined up with the bible so I was interested in this book. But, (and forgive me for using a Jane Austen word) there is something "untoward" about a Christian author marketing aggressively to Christian readers a book that should be priced closer to $17 than $49. There might be a special place of suffering for people who make lots of money by playing to Christian sentiments, but for your sake, I hope there's not . :)

Definitely NOT worth the price. It’s actually quite a rip off. It’s just the keto diet renamed.
