The seller gave clear guidance on how many characters you can have on each line, and contact with seller to confirm if happy with it prior to going ahead with engraving, was prompt, clear and professional.Ordered the item on 21/8/21 and arrived on 24/8/21. Vase came boxed, and inside another strong box, so well protected against breakage.I'm very pleased with both the vase, the engraving, and the seller. Wohld definitely recommend.
