Book is great.... But - buy the hard copy!?
UPDATE: After much consideration - and the fact that I use suspension training as one of my main forms of training for myself and my clients - I took the risk and ordered the hard copy format. I am extremely happy I did as the hard copy book is easy to read, concise, and well formatted. I have several training books on suspension training - but most of them leave things out on how to set up, how to brace or plank properly - this book covers this in detail. It fills a gap that my other books have... the only real downfall is that the pictures are hard to see and read and some of the explanations of movements are a challenge to follow. Again - I would suggest getting the hard copy version as its much easier to read and follow - my original review was based on the kindle version.Original review: The information in the book seems ok for what I can read on of it. This book is not set up for the kindle reader at all and makes it almost - if not - impossible to read or use if its the down load version. It is a fixed format and even with the larger kindle books the type is far to small to see and read. I had to expand and stretch each page - and by about page 10 - I decided it was not worth the effort so asked to refund it from amazon.

Excellent, In depth and informative
This book teaches more about suspension training and how to benefit from it than I've learned in 10 years of participating. Highly recommend it if your looking for an alternative to weights only and want to better understand the process of suspension training!

Nice book with black and white pictures
Very nice very good instructions, pictures were in black and white which makes it difficult to see detail.

Great book on how to add suspension training to your workout
I love how this book shows how to add this type of training to my workout. I am an avid cyclist and travel extensively. I can use many of these exercises on the road in my hotel gyms that may not have great equipment. The many pictures show the correct form and have complete explanations with them.

Bands, Stretches, and 20 minutes.
If you're looking for a simple way to improve your fitness, try out a different routine, or begin resistance and balance-work exercises, this book is for you. The explanations are graphical and simple, and they thoroughly cover routines from beginner to experienced. Over 100 movements, and an equal number of stretches, will make this your most dog-eared manual in years.Get the bands, find an anchor, and follow along. You'll be surprised at how much fun, and just how effective, it really is.

Very comprehensive and easy to understand
Very comprehensive and easy to understand. It has information for beginners as well as seasoned athletes. Pictures help clearly explain exercises step by step. I've worked with Tracy with the suspension trainer. I definitely saw results. Great workouts without having to go to a gym. It truly is an "easy way to improve functional strength, overall fitness, endurance and health." It also has information on how suspension training can benefit cyclists and runners.
