( Gretsch ) Outstanding Value for the Price.
All in All everything about this Guitar is amazing Easy to Play & Nice to look at Cool Color & Wood. Good all around sound really conveys a Pleasant Listening Experience strumming or playing lead licks the quality of the sound is not compromised I would venture to say comparable with some higher priced Guitars & through an amplifier Look out!, also the on-board tuner / Volume Treble is a winner right of the Bat, I would recommend this Guitar to anyone looking to have a dynamic all around instrument that won't empty your pocket. Service here @ Amazon & from The Vendors is next to none I got my Guitar in the original Packaging from Factory In record time My Son was playing right out of the box. ( Was a Gift, He's Happy ) Good Job Guys. Would also recommend the 3 year musical warranty because you never know about accident's, Such a nice instrument deserves it.

It’s a Gretsch
Very happy with this guitar. Has great action & sounds just amazing. I’ve always wanted a Gretsch since I first played one. The only thing I was worried about was the condition of the box when it arrived. Had 2 big holes in it. Luckily no damage to the guitar. If you are looking for a great sounding inexpensive guitar this is it. The little old Lady who posted a video in the reviews is what sold me on it. Thank you Ma’am.

Fantastic
The guitar has an adjustable neck so you can make the action whatever you want it to be. Plays like an electric and with 9 or 10 Guage strings you can solo unhindered. The pickup is great and has a tuner that also registers flat, so as someone who plays almost exclusively in Eb tuning, i dont need an external tuner. Very big body so it gets a very deep sound through a PA system. And... its a freaking Gretsch.

looks great...
I purchased this guitar one year ago without trying one out. I will never do that again! ( At least not with an acoustic)There are plenty of likable qualities, such as: looks, feel, on-board electronics, intonation, price, etc... but the tone is just missing something. This guitar lacks resonance and the low end is almost non existent. I was foolish to think a guitar would sound deep just because it is a jumbo. I now know that the wood used and the style of bracing play a much more crucial role in tone characteristics than size does. I suppose this is the only negative attribute, in my opinion. I really do enjoy playing this guitar quite a bit, but tone is the most important feature to me these days. I have compared this guitar with plenty of others and there is no question about it's tonal inferiority. I have made a mistake and will be selling it soon.

Great looks, with an amplified bonus
For looks, you can't do much better than the beauty this Gretsch shows. The bright orange finish makes it instantly recognizable. As a straight acoustic, there are certainly better guitars out there. But you can also spend a lot more for them. I've had my Rancher for several years, and really like it. It is big (it's a jumbo after all) and should project better than it does. It does have nice tone, but not great tone, and just not enough volume. So it's real vice is that for the size you haul around, it should be louder. Where this thing really shines, is when you plug it in. It starts with decent acoustic tone, but the jumbo really sings when it's run through an amp. The Rancher is magical when amplified.............. and that's the real joy when playing this Gretsch.

Great guitar for the money
Great guitar for the money! It's called a Jumbo, but is what I would call a standard size - same as the Yamaha I've been using for years.
