Amazing cure.
I have been using tablets and oil Regularly for around four months and feel so much better. It has given strength to my knee. Regularity is the key. Till the time severe pain persisted I took two tablets thrice a day after which I made it twice a day. Regular massage of oil once in the morning and once at bed time is a MUST.Patience is needed. Ailments take years to show it in our body, so they go also gradually. I will be taking this combo for "God willing" six more months and I am sure my knee will be perfect.
