There is an overwhelming taste of processed, almost fake lemon flavor. You are better off just googling a Greek Dressing recipe and making it yourself.

Worth twice the cost of Italian??? I bought each, at that price, I’ll buy 1 Greek to 4 Italian blend.

I have not yet used it, but what can happen to packets of dry salad dressing mix? There aren't any signs that it has gotten wet. I know that it lasts almost forever if left unopened.
