My Son-in-Law swears by it, and so I decided to give it a try. It's been great! It's going to take a bit to get my grill into the condition that I'd like but this is a great first step.

This oil goes a long ways to help clean the grill grate. You can spray it on a heated grate and brush or you can spray a folded up wade of paper towel in a tongs to wipe the grate down. The later seems to use less oil as much can be lost when sprayed between the grill grates.

Completely satisfied. This stuff really does what it says. I sprayed my NEW grill grates, ran my hand all over them to make it an even coat, put in my grill, turned it on, ran it up to about 350 degrees, smoked like CRAZY for about 1/2 hour, let the grill set there for about 2-1/2 hours. Turned it off. Let it cool, didn't open it. After about an hour I opened it and the grates were perfectly burned in and seasoned. Before I cook on it I will treat it again let it burn off and go.

Tried this for the first time on a Napolean Prestige gas grill. Worked very well with just a few sprays. Let it sit a bit and get after it with a wooden scraper. Pleasant smell but a bit pricey for the size of the bottle.

Used this to clean my Traeger and it looks like new! Great product that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a biodegradable, nontoxic grill oil. Happy to support this company.

Only used it twice for my Char-Griller duo and it’s been working out great. Switched from a stainless steel propane only grill that was hard to keep clean (for me at least). Loving it so far.

I'm 50/50 on this product.While I think this is a really good concept, i think for deep cleaning , you should look elsewhere.I consider this a regular maintenance product where you use it every single time you bbq. This is a nice way to maintain your grill. Because it uses all natural ingredients, you totally do not have the worry of chemicals getting into your foods. It also leaves a really nice smell and oily feel to keep grill from corrosion. After each bbq session, when grill is mere warm to the touch, spray some on a rag and use some effort to remove grime from grill. You probably should use a brush first to get the bigger chunks off... Then wipe off the grill. You may also use this pretty much everywhere else on the bbq IMO... Like the lid and burner control area and sides.... Honestly a little goes a long way. The product works ok. I am satisfied with it... I mainly use it post bbq, cleandown the SS grill... I'm not convinced I need this though? I find myself being sort of underwhelmed and I only like the smell and the fact that I'm leaving my grill oiled up for next timeOthers have received metal tin can sprays. Mine came in a transparent plastic bottle that has a spray. Make sure you unlock the spray under the nozzle.I find this product a bit expensive. I use it on my stainless steel grill, made by Weber. While I probably will continue to use it to the last drop I'm not sure if I will continue to purchase it since I find that with my good old brush and some canola oil, i can get my grill clean. And for much deeper cleaning, I would prefer to stick with simple green bbq cleaner.update:i'm updating this after a good length of time and using it. I stand by my original review... it isnt too great for really thorough deep cleaning of grill. what i've appreciated though is the fact that the product works really really well on stainless steel trim and everywhere around the bbq except the grill itself. it seems to remove stains off with a bit of rubbing and produce a like-new look to the grill. i've used this every time i finish bbqing and my bbq looks brand new still.. will bump it up another star to 4.

I have been using heavy duty Citrus BBQ cleaner for my Weber BBQ. While it was named citrus cleaner, in reality it was loaded with toxic chemicals. I have been cleaning everything with it except the cooking grill because of chemicals.I am now very pleased with BBQ cleaner from Caron & Doucet. It is 100% natural product made with coconut oil base combined with concentrated citrus essential oils. I can now confidently use this on grilling surface. Not only it cleans well grilling area, but it is infuse great for cleaning entire BBQ including plastic parts as well. In fact leaving a light layer of this oil on various surface will protect BBQ from sun, rain and corrosion. There is no rinsing required after cleaning with this product. Product smell is great too.This oil came in aluminium bottle with spray pump which I found it cheaply made-didn’t spray well and it was more like stream . For best results, remove large debris with brush and then clean BBQ with this oil while it is warm (ideally few minutes after you shut BBQ down).It is quite expensive (after all it is just refined coconut oil combined with citrus essential oil like lemon or lime both you can buy easily).Overall, Great product for any BBQ lover.

Not sure at first, i have heard all the claims before. Sprayed the grills down and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Wiped all the stuck on grease and stuck on burned fats with ease. A second spray removed anything still there and made the grill ready to cook. I tried the shelves and case for the smoker and it removed everything leaving a nice shinny finish. I had tried a dish soap on the cover to remove the pollen from my maple trees, when it dried the crap was still stuck on the cover. One spray of this product and the cover was like new. You sold me, its on the shelf right beside the smoker now.

Love this product, purchased multiple times. I use it before and after every grill and at the end of every season.If you spray the inside of the lid and base with this product it’ll make your bbq shine like new with very little effort.Only issue is if you let the product get cold it’ll go solid like Coconut oil. Once it thaws it works like a charm again.4th or 5th time purchasing.

This was not my first purchase of this product. I does an awesome job cleaning up oth my BBQs. The best part is that it does not contain and nasty chemicals that are not good for the enrironment. My only concern is that I will not be able to purchase it on Amazon someday. This has happened to me before when I have discoved other great products and Amazon stopped carrying them.
