I like it, good size and holds plenty
I purchased this and many other items like bandages, gauze, creams, blood stop packs, this thing held it all plus much more. I packed this with stethoscope, bp cuff, o2 meters, germX, large bottle of tylenol and more. 6 people on a family trip was able to get use out of this pack from bee sting to paper cuts including holding our medication. I even left in the dividers and used the poches on them to hold badaids. The material is strong and zippers smooth. Looking to get another for our other car

PERFECT for HOME FIRST-AID KIT!
I love this thing!!!I was looking for a storage bag/box for all my home first aid supplies to go in a bathroom for quick grab & use that would keep my supplies organized and clean. This is PERFECT!!!I have way too many bandages, creams, ointments, tape, wraps, cotton balls, gauze etc and this holds it all. It’s easy to find being that it’s a decent size and bright orange (and trust me, I lose everything). So I’m very pleased with not only the price, but the quality & how easy it is to organize it all.If you’re looking for something you’d expect to hold an EMT’s worth of supplies, this isn’t it, but for normal home use, it’s perfect!!!If you need a bag for your house, car or RV, JUST BUY IT ALREADY.

Good small first aid bag
First off, check the dimensions before ordering. This is a small bag. Think large toiletries bag rather than small duffle bag. It is large enough for a stethoscope, bandages, etc. The size to me is not a negative, as I was looking for a small first aid bag that I could pack for vacation. Our home first aid kit is in a full sized EMS bag, and I don't particularly want to lug it onto a plane. This fits perfectly into our luggage, and won't take up an inordinate amount of space. The materials in the bag are obviously not the highest quality- the nylon is relatively thin, and the zippers are not heavy-duty. Having said that, I don't think I will have any problems with the materials ripping given my intended use. The upside is that the bag itself is light weight and easy to collapse as needed. The build quality seems good- the seams appear sturdy and there is a backing strip behind the main zipper to prevent snags. There is a foam bottom and divider panel for the main pocket, but the bag will be more functional without it unless you are carrying fragile items. The orange color and white star of life are essential for my tastes- I want my first aid bag to be obvious to anyone who is looking for it. I would never recommend using a black or dull colored bag that looks like luggage or a camera case- you might know which bag it is, but in an emergency you want anybody to be able to quickly locate it.If you're looking for a compact bag for your car, travel, or even your home, this is an excellent choice. I would not recommend it if you plan on carrying it around and subjecting it to repeated abuse.

A mini version of a real Trauma Pack
This is a great pack for travel or to keep in your car. It has several velcro dividers that you arrange and for the size of this pack it holds a lot. It’s exactly like my 35 year old field pack I used as a nurse emt.I put extra airway equipment, ring cutter, glucose monitor and various scissors and hemostats in it. Perfect for travel or my kids sports competition. Great quality worth the money.

After some thought and trial and error I found this bag to be perfect for my needs
My initial thought was this is way smaller than I thought it would be and it would never work for what I want. But I ordered three of them so I sat down and rethought what I wanted from the bag. I have three levels of first aid kit. A level I which is basic cuts and scrapes, a level II which is what this bag is and I've included my inventory below, and a level III which stays at home and can handle anything. After some thought and trial and error I found this bag to be perfect for my needs. I keep one in each car and at work. Below is what I was able to get into it.I attached a level one kit to the handle with a carabiner.Left Pocket:FlashlightNote pad w/ penGlucometer w/ 5 StripsShearsThermometerTweezersBite down tongue depressorMagnifying glassNail clippersSeatbelt cutterWhistleRight Pocket:Extra Strength TylenolAdvilBenadrylElectrolyte TabletsChewable AspirinTriple antibioticEye WashAloe veraMain Pocket:PPE - CPR MaskPPE - GlovesTourniquet/sharpieIce packEmergency bivySAM splintSmall finger splintLarge finger splintSelf Adherent BandageAntiseptic wipesAlcohol swabsLarge trauma dressingTriangular banadagesSteri-stripsBlister bandageQ - Tips4 x 4 BandagePetrolatum Gauze Just pay attention to the dimensions as the pic looks bigger than it is. My fault so didn't ding it any stars.

Very Happy
This bag is perfect. Very sturdy, water proof and has plenty of room for it to be a company bag. I keep a box of alcohol wipes, a tube of lancets, glucometer, capsule of strips, landing device, digital thermometer gun and blood pressure monitor with cuff in it and still have room. Excellent find!

Basic little first aid bag.
I use this to keep a basic first aid bag in my truck. It was cheap, lightweight and gets the job done. I'm sure if I yanked on the zippers or handles too hard something will break but it will hold up to getting tossed around the back of my truck just fine. It's a tight fit but to give an idea what it will hold my bag looks like.2 CATs1 SAM splint2 chest seals6 petroleum gauze12 4x4s8 ABD pads6 6"roller gauze4 CELOX (powdered hemostat)shearschewable ASAchewable DSHa few nitrile glovesroll of 2" tape1 mylar blanketI always have hand sanitizer tossed in my door pockets and generally have a few water bottles in the back so that covers antiseptic and irrigation/cooling. It's not for fixing boo boos its for keeping the red stuff where it belongs. If you don't know how to use equipment go take a good first aid course. All the stop the bleed course material is available free online. If you saw it in a movie, they were doing it wrong.

Perfect Little bag
You need to read the size very carefully. For us its great, but I know others were disappointed. We use it in our car when we travel just incase we see a wreck or we get in one ourselves. My wife is in nursing and Im first aid/cpr/ defib trained so we always like to be prepared especially when heading to her family up north.

Perfect!!
I purchased this bag with the intention of carrying my first aid supplies in it and having the bag fit under the passenger seat in my vehicle. It fits perfectly. If you pack carefully, you can fit a decent amount of items in the bag. All the zippers seem to be great quality, so no complaints there. The bag is highlighter/neon orange, so a little brighter than what I had anticipated (even better). The side pockets are also quite roomy. I didn’t like the optional divider for the main compartment as it is flimsy and not secured to the bag but rather sticks to another insert (also flimsy). I prefer to use plastic bags to sort my items anyways. Outside of using this in my car, I could see this bag being used on construction sites, household, camping, or sporting.
