I actually bought these for myself (no kids). I needed them for my meal planning diet and portion controls lunches. I haven’t put straight liquid in one of the compartments but I have had “saucy” items in them and no leaks which is the best part! Every other Tupperware container I can’t trust to be truly leakproof (I have made lots of messes) and these are so I can just throw it in my bag with everything else and no extra lunchbox to carry around at work. Considering buying a second order because I really prefer the box that has three compartments and I do wish they were deeper in height but I have been able to manage (maybe why they were advertised as kids). They are still working out for my needs, I can pre plan out my food two days at a time and they are ready to go and no contaminating food from leaking compartments.

This product is fantastic. I was tired of wasting so many ziplock bags in my sons lunch, this solved the problem! The seal is perfect! Nothing Leaks and it fits perfect in my sons lunch box. My only complaint is how tough it is to close the lid. I have weak hands from an injury, and my son is 4.5 so his teacher helps him get it back on. I would rather have a hard time getting the lid on knowing everything is sealed and not leaking, than having a mess everywhere. Great product.

First good things about it. The size of the sections is very appropriate and I like the way I can take multiple items for lunch. Previously I used to carry 2 to 3 dishes in either one box or multiple boxes. Both ways have their own issues. This lunch box made my life easy.Coming to bad part of it, it leaks liquids.. and I experienced it multiple times. Still I use it, by putting a sticky wrap around the liquid section. It is little bit expensive compared to the same type of items in the market, especially when it is leaking....

We purchased these bento boxes for our daughters' lunches. One of our daughters has low muscle tone and she needs help to close the sides of the bento box at lunch (they require a little more strength than usual kid lunch boxes). We have noticed some staining with marinara sauce on the lid, even after multiple washes. But when closed tightly, this lunchbox is sealed shut so no spills or smells to worry about. Overall, we are very satisfied with the product.

I like these, and they fit in my kids lunchboxes with an ice pack. The only problem is, it says they are dishwasher safe, but I washed one in the dishwasher and one by hand, the one washed in the dishwasher is now super difficult to seal the lid on, while the other one just snaps right on. It looks fine, I don’t know why that happened. Either way, it’s easy to clean by hand, too.

The product works as in the compartments are leakproof but it is difficult to open and close. I purchased it for my toddler and she definitely needs help opening and closing it and even her teachers had difficulty with it. So do not purchase for a child but is ok for an able bodied adult.

It is a great lunchbox for my daughter - the only issue is that it is a little hard to open and close. She is 3.5 years old and needs to ask her teachers to help - and her teacher told me she struggles with one side. Once it is closed there are no leaks in her school bag! And she loves the colors.

I was very hopeful purchasing this for my toddler. I was concerned about the previous reviews of the lid not fitting properly after time. I’ve had it for a couple months now and I would agree that the lid doesn’t fit as well as when I bought it. That being said the lid only goes on one way and if you make sure it’s on that way(matching windows w the tray sections) it will go on w effort but it will close. Other than the lid issue it’s a fine product. But the lid is annoying enough that I regret the purchase.
