Aqua Therapy-Large Back Pad pad only

I used it as an ice pack through the cooler system it worked great

The pad does work for the intended use, but the maintenance is an issue. My first pad that came with the cold therapy device would never drain completely, and there appeared to be no way to get the last droplets out, so I stored it after trying to do so. A month later, and the inside of the pad was disgusting and moldy! I chalked it up to me not being patient enough and ordered this larger pad. Same problem! I can’t get all the water out, and now I’m assuming it will get moldy again. Does anyone have a solution?? This is a pretty big problem, because using a moldy pad in the future could mean spreading the mold to the machine itself. I want to leave a better review because it did work great as an icing pad, but there may be a major design flaw here...

Second one i have purchased and both have leaked water, as well as the one that came with the unit. The unit itself works amazingly well. But the pad engineering needs to be re-evaluated. It does not stand up to heavy use without developing a leak where the tubing enters the pad.
