I can't tell you how disappointed I am in this product. The good: it is built like a tank, and has the potential to be a 5-star product. The bad: the wireless charging for the phone is terrible. As it, doesn't work regularly or reliably. You put the phone on, and the blue light indicating charging will come on. But don't walk away, because at anytime the light could (and will) to go blinking red, which means it's not charging. Unlike other products that will immediately tell you if you don't place the phone down correctly by blinking, this device will indicate it's charging correctly and then anywhere from 5 seconds to one minute later, the red light will start blinking. So you've got to monitor the phone nearly constantly to make sure it's charging and will stay charging. You'll have to re-set and slightly adjust your phone in the stand 10-20 times before you can get a steady charge. Time and again, the red light blinks. Time and again, you'll have to raise and set down the phone, hoping to get it in just right so that it will charge continuously. This is going back to Amazon and I'm going to search for a new product. And what a shame, because this thing is built like a tank and otherwise would be awesome.

Absolutely the best for charging my iPhone Xs Max, Series 4 (? the latest and largest when I purchased it) Apple Watch, and classic Air Pods. I love the fact I can charge my iPhone reliably both in vertical and horizontal orientations! Normally vertical, but I can watch movies and charge horizontal. Sweet!

I was excited to get this stand till it arrived. One it has too many wires to plug into USB outlets. Wires are everywhere. Then I go to charge my phone and it would not charge at all. Had to take the case off. I have an otter box case for my iPhone XS max. my other single wireless charger for my other phone charges my phone with no problem. I will not be removing my phone from its case every time I need a charge. Will be returning in the morning.......SAD!!!!!

This is a great looking product.Had everything I was looking for in a charge.Taking the charger out of the box I was pretty satisfied with how solid it felt.Excellent build quality.I like it.

This looked like an answer to all the cluttered charging happening next to my bed. Then I noticed my phone wasn't fully charged in the morning. It would partially charge then die early in the day. Now it doesn't charge at all. That's pretty unacceptable as this is the primary function of this tool. Love the idea but would buy an alternative product.

My son loves this for recharging his Apple products all at once.

This thing seriously stopped working after about three months. Now it only charges my watch and my AirPods. I’ve done everything, switched out the charger plugged it into a new outlet but it still doesn’t work.
