This is an excellent granola-type cereal. It is very dense, because it doesn't have little globs of puffed ingredients stuck together with corn syrup, or processed flakes, like some of the big-name brands have. That's why a 12 ounce box is 1/4 the size of 12 ounce boxes of more typical cereals.

The familia boxes are ridiculously small for the price. At least free shipping helps from this vendor.

What can I say, I grew up on this stuff and finally found it again after 3 decades of searching in vain. so I bought a case. It's the perfect combo oats, dates, almonds etc you leave in the milk 1-2 minutes it will hit the taste and texture sweet spot. They certainly make it like they used to. Now the bad news I ate the entire case of it my self in three delicious sessions and blaming the rest of the the conspiracy is missing 1/4 fullback on my 2year old son

I am certainly spoiled by the excellent mueslis from Germany, but this is one of the worst I have ever bought. It contains only a minimal amount of the stated fruit, the flakes are too hard to be eaten with milk alone, an original Swiss muesli has soft flakes !!!! The pack makes 4 meals, so this product is totally overpriced. Finally, I found an excessive amount of "dust" at the bottom of the packetTranslated with DeepL.com (free version)

I have loved this brand of familia since the 1970s! And I am delighted to say that it tastes the same and has the same consistency. I like to add milk and let it sit for 15-20 minutes, to make a soft cereal. Love it.

I've been eating this on and off since the late 60's, yes its true. And This seems relatively unchanged. Its the original commercial production of this concoction Its good. Better than alot of others.

Perfect with oat milk.
