Q: It says it has 4 x pci-e 6+2 power connectors but the stock pictures only show 1 pci-e power out, are the stock images incorrect?

It does have extra concters but to be honest i didnt cheak them so i couldant tell you. So yea it has extra but not shire what of.

Q: Re the mx700w, my mobo requires one 8 pin power plug plus one 4 pin power plug. can this unit supply these?

It has one cable with a 6+2 pin CPU plug and another one with two 6+2 pin plugs spaced 12cm apart, thsee cables are hard wired (it also has 2 or more 6+2 GPU modular cables). I am not sure if you can fit the 6pin plugs into a 4pin socket as I don't have one to try.
