Very tight but the length is good....
As some others have stated, it's very hard to put on! Instructions should be included! The version of this with a zipper probably would have been the better option to buy. I almost got stuck in it and had to cut it off, as another reviewer did. The fabric has almost no stretch...so beware. Once I was somehow able to pull it down, it fit as I wanted. It is a little tight, not can't breathe tight, just all pulled in nicely! I do like that the length is a bit longer so it comes down onto the top of my hips and it doesn't roll up. I wear it during the day at home, too, not just for work outs....hoping the extra time may provide some benefit. I'm 5'7" about 138 pounds and ordered a M.

Works well for anyone wanting to lose weight
I bought this because I have a middle section belly fat considering I already have the lower body shaper and I am glad I did because this actually helps me to be able to sit up straighter and gives me the confident about myself. I would definitely recommend this to any female regardless of age if she works out or not Because it does make you sweat to lose that hard access water weight

Worth the money but needs improvement
I like the vest and how it fits, and I would've given 5 stars but there are 2 major issues I have with the vest. First the vest should've been made with more of a rubbery material inside to increase sweating; I sweat more when I use sarran wrap. Second the material should've been made a little tougher because you have to step into the vest and most peoples hips are wider than their upper body and its just not holding up as well as expected. After just a few days it already started tearing at the seams. On the plus side, between wearing the vest and my keto diet, I have lost 15 lbs in just 2 weeks! Its worth the money because $11 is cheap but I will find a vest with a different material next time I buy.

I bought this for my daughter who said she wanted more support when she worked out. She really likes the way it fits and that she can wear her own sports bra with it. This is definitely going to be tight. Which is great because it really makes you sweat. I bought this for my mom, sister, and myself. Will be buying myself a smaller size as I loose weight.

It really works!
Absolutely my new favorite waist trainer! I can't believe I waited so long to buy one. It really feels like a sauna melting away my tummy fat. I wear around the house and during my work outs. I've never sweat so much before. In the first week of using it it I lost an inch off my waist, I'm now 34":) Highly recommend it!! Arrived on time.
