Its round cord, made of a woven core and a plastic poly outer. Its not for constant use on really heavy stuff like bracken or seedlings. Great for tidying up the corners your mower wont get. Will tackle nettles, docks etc when there green.

I run a professional landscaping company and normally we use a certain well known orange strimmer line as I always believe that if you buy cheap, you pay twice.I was a little hesitant at first that this product may not perform as well but I can honestly state that the Duo Strimmer Line by Oregon has blown me away, in performance, strength and longevity.If I can put this into context; generally on a large job where grass meets concrete, I would have easily gone through one or two full spools of the other manufacturers line. With the Oregon line, I found one spool to be more than enough, and often I had enough line left to do a second large garden.This saves me and my company both time and money, which is a great bonus.If you have never tried Duoline before, give it a go! You might be pleasantly surprised.

I was going through thinner line very quickly so I bought this heavy duty stuff and it's made a huge difference.I can clear relatively heavy brush, long grass and thick weeds for 20 minutes before needing to adjust the length on the strimmer head. Thumbs up from me.

I was a little sceptical as many of the reviews were very positive about this product, however I must confirm that it’s as good as the reviews. My Stihl takes 2.4mm cord, I ordered 2.7mm which works great and it last four times longer than the standard Stihl cord.
