Used to replace TV tube in Cruis'n Exotica Arcade game, had to adjust clamp settings
Plug and play for the most part. But screen on new flat screen would slowly turn pink after several minutes. Found video on YouTube "GBS8200 Clamp" that basically said to adjust the 1st clamp setting to 4 and the 2nd clamp setting to 5. This solved the issue. Would buy again when my next TV Tube fails in another arcade came.

No directions, but works.
Used this to replace a display in a San Francisco Rush cabinet. Works great, but wish there were better directions. Look at 6Sigma's review. It helped me figure it out.

No 75 Hz support on VGA input.
I wanted to like it, but ultimately had to return it. This item appears to be intended for installation inside an arcade cabinet or similar where the CRT has been replaced with a flat-panel monitor. You get the naked board and pigtails for power and RGBHV. You're on your own for RGBS/CGA support and 5V power. There's zero documentation and the menu comes by default set to Chinese. (Hint: the language option is #3.) This pulls at least 10 watts, so you won't be powering it with your 5V 2A USB thingy.I like the flexibility of input options and may consider it again if I need the CGA support. I returned it because VGA DOS text mode is 700x400 at 75 Hz, and my board would not sync to that signal. That's one of the most common VGA modes, next to 640x480.What ultimately met my needs was the " Fosmon Component (YPbPr) / VGA to HDMI Converter Box Video Upscaler (720p/1080p) ", also available on Amazon.

Trouble synchronizing picture from arcade game boards.
This asapter have problem with synchronizing vertical blanking coming from standard arcade games circuit boards outputting combo sync with standard 15kHz horizontal and 57 to 60 vertical. The synchro signal on connected oscilloscope looks perfect and stable, despite of this the converter output picture is jumping in a vertical. Problem might be with synchronization signal level but there is no any sort of adjustments on the adapter board to match adapter two arcade game vertical sync signal which is a major flaw. Board should work with arcade as advertised right out of the box but it doesn't. Connecting CRT arcade dedicated monitor to both game boards show picture to be perfect which proves adapter is not designed to work with arcade game boards are simply piece is defective.

Works OK, buttons stop responding sometimes.
Works fine but for some reason buttons stop responding sometimes. You need to turn it off then on again.
