I bought this as it was recommended by my personal trainer to help with posture and to aide weight loss. This was the best product I could find that I thought might fit as I am on the larger side! ... well let me tell you, it is amazing! Does what it says on the tin but the extras are the boost to my confidence! It restricts any wobble from vigorous activity therefore encouraging me to throw myself into my workout even more, and even though I wear it relatively tight it is super comfortable and mounds itself to my shape so no lines from it digging in! Super product, go on give it a go!

It looks like in the photo. It does help you sweat ..but you need to do something too or else ..nothing will happen. I use this when i workout .honestly i was sweating with or without it .....so i can't tell if i sweat more or less .....i washed it already is dry now and ready to use it again

If you want to shed fat, this isn’t a one-stop solution as that relies very much on a focused diet and a healthy metabolism. I had already cut to around 15% - 20% body fat when I got this so I can’t honestly say whether it has promoted further loss of body fat but it does help you sweat around the lumbar/core region and support wise, it’s great when doing exercise and weights that put stress on your back.

I have something similar I bought about 12 years or so ago! But it was beginning to wear out.I recently slipped a little and tweaked my back and needed something to provide some support so I ordered this.So far it is working really well and is doing what I wanted it to, providing support and also some additional focussed heat onto my lower back.All in all a good purchase that I would recommend. It is easy to put on and is the right size to wear under shirts etc.

This is a very effective waist trimmer belt. I have lost a couple cm in my waist doing nothing in 2 weeks time. It makes you sweat a lot and it is very comfortable comparing to other trimmer wear. Very good quality and nice to feel material.

Fantastic item, I wear it under my clothes at the gym and it both supports and produces a good sweat around my waist which is exactly what I wanted ! Would definitely recommend!

I use this product to keep my back straight.I also use it when I do my exercise to try losing water/fat on my belly.It seems to work as after each exercise I am sweating a lot on this area.It is also very confortable
