Air Fryer XL Touchscreen by Cozyna (5.7QT) with 8 Cooking Preset and airfryer cookbook (over 50 recipes)

I’ve been looking for an air fryer for many months now. Comparing back and forth, trying to outweigh the good and the bad between all the brands I wanted to buy. It finally came down to how wide of a machine I wanted, the quiet/noisy it is, and if would break easily. I chose this brand because everyone was commenting on how great the company was if you came across any issues. And also that so many people loved their fryer.Let me tell you it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time!! I made chicken wings in 17 mins. I seasoned them for about 30 mins with a dry rub and light drizzle of avocado oil then sprinkled with parm cheese... they came out juicy and super crispy! The flavors were spot on.The best part was when I offered it to my dad. He said no, there’s nothing better than the taste of fried food. I said actually I don’t miss it at all. Never would see the difference except excessive oils dripping which it didn’t have. So he said let me try one... “WOW, they are actually really good.” And had half the batch!I made 2 Mahi mahi also in 17 mins! It was perfect!So there you go guys! Don’t think twice. I’m so glad I finally chose to buy it

The fryer works great, taste is something that is acquired. I bought it thinking of healthy meal prep that could make healthier fish and chips for an occasional treat. I describe best the difference between air frying and traditional frying is that it is in a sense, the "sugar free" version of frying. The breading is what gives the flavor, the seasoning is where it makes the most difference. The taste is something you get used to, do not expect it to be some miracle creation that makes your fried favorites identical to traditional frying in taste. As for the cleaning, the front plate where the handle is has little vent spaces between the inside tray and the outside exterior shell. If items fall in there it can be cleaned, but there is no easy way to take it apart and deep clean it or to the point you know it is all clear of the dropped crumbs. I would just love to see an improvement in taking it apart to clean it or find a better way to prevent this from happening. Operation and build quality is great for what it is, does not feel cheap or anything. I use multi level trays which works great though there is no easy way to lift those scalding hot trays out other than with tongs or oven mits which does do the job though with fried crusty items with non stick spray on the metal, it easily can slide off if you are not expecting it.

This started as a five star product. The ease of use was well easy. It looked nice and was big enough for our needs. Then the teflon coating started coming off. We were sent a new one from the seller, great customer service. We used the new one about ten times and the teflon started coming off again. The coating is crap and I don't want to eat its. Get a stainless steel basket, I am.

My first use I cooked fries and a burger. Cooked them separate to see how it would do. Fries came ok, not the best but could have been brand. Burger was cooked well on outside but not inside, I was not sure if it was safe to eat. I use factory settings for both. Burger was store purchase patties. Both were cooked without any accessories just straight out of box. Also outside of unit rear was extremely hot with slight plastic smell. Clean up was easy. Will update on next use.Update, have had this for a couple months. Cooks good however coating in pan has started to come off. If it’s coming off I’m sure it is sticking to food not good.....Has cooked well once we got use to cooking times, just the basket does not seem to have a good non stick coating.

I bought this after a co-worker was raving about how great these things are for doing up wings. It has eclipsed every other method of cooking in my home now that I've figured out the quirks. It has actually edged out my egg-cooking toaster as my favorite kitchen gadget.Breakfast burritos? Ever wonder what an omlette wrapped in a tortilla chip would taste like? Here's a hint: Awesome.Chinese or Korean style dumplings? Toss them in a little bit of oil, dab off excess with paper towel, and air-fry them. They come out perfectly golden brown and tasty as all get out. I haven't tried perogies yet, but that's going to be my next attempt.French Fries, chicken wings, all the other stuff you'd normally microwave/bake/fry come out awesome, but if you bag one of these, definitely get a cookbook to go with it as the potential is off the charts.

My wife and daughter are very healthy eaters. I am not! So, so rarely will they fry anything for me. Enter this great appliance! I really, really like freshly cut french fries. Now I get them by just asking. My wife made the best steak she's ever cooked in this thing. Every week my girls are discovering new dishes and I am not opposed to being their taste tester. We like it so much we purchased 4 more and gave them away as Christmas gifts. I even gave one to my contractor as a bonus for the great work he's done. He has since called me twice to say, what a great gift it was.A word of caution, get the 5.7 and above version, smaller ones are nice but trust me, you want the 5.7Qt version. How else are going to cook for a family of 3 or more; or fit that whole chicken in it?It does take up space, so we store ours in the pantry when not in use; regardless of size, it is not a leave-it-on-the-counter appliance.

We've used this air fryer several times -- and the food we've prepared has come out crisp and tasting good. Made excellent chicken wings (felt less guilty coz they weren't deep fried). Also have made fries, chicken strips, bacon and pizza rolls. The machine is fairly easy to clean up.
