I noticed the Dr. Pen wireless was nearly identical to the LAGGRA micro pen I had purchased on Groupon and was hoping it would fit. The ones that came with my Groupon pen only had about half as many pins so this was as a bigger upgrade. It fit just as well as the other ones though at higher speeds, the cartridge would pop off but that seems to be the pen’s fault and not the cartridge.They are sturdy and the higher number of pins means that I feel more of a dull scratching sensation than a sharp prick.I have also waited nearly 5 months before posting this review. Since the skin renews itself every 30 days, I have only used the micro pen once a month. As a result, I have found my rolling and boxcar acne scars have faded dramatically. I do not go more than 1.5 mm in depth since I am only doing this at home and I only do it once a month so the scarring still exists but when I shine a light at an angle, I can see a noticeable difference.

It was tough getting it in and out of the pen -maybe not a perfect fit for some reason? But it did work

It works AMAZINGLY for deeply pitted and thick acne scarring, BUT caution...this tip does more damage than tips with fewer needles. I don't recommend non-medical professionals mess with this without REALLY RESEARCHING microneedling and understanding what it's doing to the skin. More damage = more collagen stimulation but with a caveat that is increased risk of hyper/hypopigmentation (dark or white spots that may or may not be permanent) or additional scarring due to too aggressive a treatment. Esp. in darker skin types. Its an amazing tip when used properly and paired with the right pre/post treatment.

Not brand name cartridges, but they fit the brand name pen perfectly. Great value!

Works perfectly with my Dr Pen M7. I ordered from another shopping site last time and the needles came out while I was using it on my face! It scared me away for a while but these fit great and stayed in.
