Soul Jewelry Personalized Name Necklace 14k Gold Dainty Pendant Charm

I ordered for a special occasion for my daughter coming up. It was made and shipped out within couple of days and arrived quickly. Beautifully made and well packed in tissue paper and gift box in a padded mailer. Nameplate is solid, shiny, and well made. The chain looks delicate but not too delicate. I can't say yet about how the chain holds up , but I'm very happy so far with this product. Highly recommend

They contacted me when I left my original review (follows this) and took care of the issue promptly. I will recommend them to all friends and family! ORIGINAL REVIEW: This necklace means SO MUCH to me, and I can no longer wear it. It is snagging my hair and pulling it out. From the actual chain. I was able to wear it for a year. The chain pulls from appx 3/4 of the way down, all the way up near the clasp. It means so much to me and I cannot wear it. I'm heart broken!

I love this necklace! I’m excited it gave me an option to review it now. They even go the extra mile and rap the nameplate in tissue paper in packing so it won’t scratch. I can attest that the other two companies I have bought these from did not. last one came broke and scratched while the other one survived cause it was in a little pouch. I by far recommend going with this company as far as quality. I do not recommend going anywhere else other then soul jewelry for your personalized name necklace. The gold quality is flawless. No bubbles or dents in the name plate, smooth and shinny. I understand gold is hard not to scratch even in the making of these and it happens but I got lucky and not a single hairline scratch. They are beautiful and I’m just rambling now. Btw I am very particular on my gold Pieces and do check them out with a magnifying glass all the way up to a magnet testing if they are real. Gone as far as taking pieces iv bought off amazon to a jeweler. This is the real deal ladies and gents. Great for young girls as well. The chain is thin but not fragile thin. Actually it’s the thickest chain yet iv bought with a name necklace. Iv had mine for over a month now and accidentally slept in it a few times and showered once and it’s still in one piece.

This is a gift for my 16 year old granddaughter and I was a little disappointed. The name itself is very nice and well made but the chain leaves a lot to be desired. I haven’t given it to her yet but will have to take it to a jeweler to have the chain replaced. I would not recommend this product.

Real 14kt gold

This name necklace is so pretty and dainty. A good value for the money. I reviewed others and this one is the thickest. I liked mine so much, I ordered one as a gift for a friend. I was undecided about the length and bought the 16”. I am very happy with my purchase.
