Our son started teething very early and the drool and irritation was very apparent. We tried lots of other solutions that just didn't seem to do the trick before going with this voodoo. I'm not sure how it works and don't really care. It might have just been good timing, but after he started wearing this the drool disappeared and the irritated teething baby attitude went away with it. It was quite amazing! He still had lots of teeth come in after he started wearing this, but it was really a non issue at that point. He's older now and has almost all of his baby teeth so he no longer wears it, but we were thankful to have this on hand.

Didn't work for teething pain, but super strong unbreakable construction and adorable.The string won't break , and I really tried to break it! If your little one somehow breaks a bead( highly unlikely) they will swallow & pass it with ease instead of choke on it since they're so tiny.**EDIT/updateMy daughter somehow managed to unscrew and lose this necklace... That's when we realized that it actually was working, the ol' "don't know what you have until it's gone " is so true in this situation. After a week of crying cutting all 4 molars simultaneously I drove 30 min and paid 3x what I paid for this one in hopes of some relief. 20 min later she was napping and hasn't shed a tear since. That was a week and a half ago. It could be chalked up to a coincidence, but what are the chances?! I'm a believer now! Lol

I read several articles about using Amber necklaces for teething and was very skeptical. Until I finally bought one. I am a believer now. My little girl was so miserable with teething nothing seemed to give her relief. We saw results the moment we put it on she started sleeping through the night and quit pulling at her hair. I recommend to everyone I know. I even bought one for the little girl I babysit.

I believe it does it's job well. The correct way is for the kid to wear it... That's all, not chew it or anything, just wear it.Take it off when they take a bath, and when they sleep (if you feel that they're too young and it could hurt them).Teething will still give your child pain, but what i noticed is that they'd wake up for a bit annoyed/agitated then go back to sleep, and that's much better than getting up crying their eye balls out.

I don't usually believe in hocus pocus , but when my baby is teething and I've tried everything else (Tylenol, hylands teething tabs, orajel , etc) I wrap this around her wrist or ankle and she calms down . I do this after hours of nothing else working so it's not that the medicine kicked in, it's the medicine still wasn't helping and this necklace helps her calm down and stop crying

Care to buy! Mine was fake! Changed color and stripped ... A unique amber does not change color !!! I complained and they said that is normal. Nonsense !!

I did so much research before buying an amber necklace and this one was even better than I was expecting. I love the mix of colors and how it is knotted in between each piece of amber for safety. My daughter wears hers day in and day out, during bath time, and at night and it still looks like new and best of all it has been a tremendous help with teething and drooling!

Happy with this product. Looks nice. Like the clasp, easy to use. Seemed to reduce baby's symptoms related to teething. Her teething wasn't that bad.
