TR DIESELFuel Banjo Bolt Ultra High Flow Upgrade for Ford Powerstroke 6.0L & 6.4L

Had to tap and rethread after this kits head snapped on the fuel line. That’s what I get for going cheap. Don’t recommend. It’s a $800 repair.

Snapped the oem bolt and of course truck was down. No one in town had them, so ordered this and it came super fast, after I primed up my diesel Filter and everything she started right up. It does the job it’s supposed to do. No problems. And no performance issues everything is the same as it should be

I never use them

Good quality banjo screw. Description says it is for Ford diesels but it will also fit on a 2nd Gen Cummins VP44 for the intake fuel line.

Only got one banjo bolt with washer paid for two now gotta wait another 3 freaking days f or another one

Has larger holes than factory, good threads, new gasket washers. Good upgrade for the 6.0l Powerstroke

Thread pitch is the same, bolt diameter is the same except up by the head of the bolt where it widens out and doesn’t fit. I have an ‘03 6.0 with ‘05 heads

Very easy to install while we had the engine apart changing cylinder heads out. Exactly as described. Will update more after truck is back together and being driven
