Bought this chair in 2019. About 30 minutes ago, it collapsed without warning.

Chair is great, went from a cheap ($50) Wally World desk chair that was not the greatest, it started breaking in literal days and within a few months was completely falling to pieces. This chair is great for the price very comfortable and supportive with nice recline. Built fairly sturdy, easy to assemble, looks good and priced well at $100. Would totally recommend, it's a great chair.

Leg completely snapped off

I made mistake of struggling for an hour trying to assemble this chair because seat cushion, backrest and armrests do not fit together easily. When I uncovered the packaging of the backrest it was defective. It was wrinked and not sewn together properly. When I contacted seller they said I can disassemble and return or they'll give measly $10 refund. They will not pay return freight and expect Amazon to pick-up the tab. The factory in China has stopped producing this chair and the chair is out of stock in their shops which would indicate this chair has issues.

Firstly I would like to say their customer service is very good and quick. This is really make my decision. Also the quality is top grade with others. The material is thick and soft, and the height of this chair could be adjusted. My friend and I both suitable. We say remarkable chair. I give 9/10

The chair itself was fairly easy to assemble. There were a few points that I could of used an additional hand, but I managed. I'm a night shift worker and on my days off I stream a good 8 hours. This chair is not going to support you for 8 hours of streaming in a row. It just hurts the entire body. Also was disappointed that the arm rests couldn't be adjusted.

Came without any hardware to assemble it with. Am returning.

The chair is ok. The box cane extremely damaged. But thankfully all the pieces were still there. It’s ok to sit in for a little bit but not to long. You sit extremely upright and can’t fix that at all. Which could be a good thing or bad.
