Lovely book about the birth of eurythmy.
I discovered eurythmy recently and i am absolutely in love with the movements. This book is a fascinating biography of the very first eurythmist personally trained by Rudolf Steiner. It also explains quite well what eurythmy is and how it works.

A very interesting biographical insight into the origins of eurythmy!
As a student eurythmist, I have found this book an interesting and easy read and would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about the art of eurythmy.
