Surprisingly good for the money
I replaced chair backs on 6 chairs with supplies left over from this package. Someone did their work putting it together. Using a flat bladed screwdriver and cutting it down on a grinder was a great idea. My kit didn't end up having glue in it, which it was supposed to, but considering the amount of care spend getting it together; I didn't care about $1 worth of missing glue.Seriously, in 2019 who makes good quality, accurate, laminated instructions in multiple languages which are actually completely perfect anymore. Someone cares about this product. Do your work and do your research; this is a good value for the money even if you know exactly what you are doing.

Not bad
The learning curve is a bit high. Screwed up the first try and had to use the rest of the cane for the original chair. All in all the kit comes with everything but I personally could have used a couple more feet of mat.

Make certain of the front/back.
For the most part it was good. One thing is that the front is not marked /identified. Also says to soak in water and I more than tripled the time and was still brittle in many places. The knife I received would not lock in place.

Great Product, but I suggest going online and downloading instruction videos.
End results were great. There are some very good instruction videos (in Italian) on the internet that were helpful. Be prepared to spend some time with the first installation.

have not used it yet but will be putting it on when weather is warmer. It match the original pattern perfectly. It is for an old bentwood rocker and now I will not have to replace the upper part.. Thank you

Easy peasy!
Follow the directions and it will be an easy fix. I was intimidated at first by the process but couldn’t believe how easy it actually was.. was quoted over $200 for a seat repair for my rocker and this worked better!

Glad material for two as waisted one
Like the kit but having problems with keeping pegs in I hit one other come out. Also chisel is straight one curved one needed to do better job.
