Update: I’m changing my 1 star to a 5 After getting in touch with customer service they was determined to make me satisfied with my purchase. I received a replacement tablet some weeks later and although I was skeptical about giving them another chance the tablet is great. It has great picture, no lagging in my YouTube videos or other apps. I definitely recommend this one now that I’m a satisfied customer. Old Review: I ordered this tablet on Saturday, received it Monday and the picture was better than I expected. It downloaded all my apps well (IG, wordsearch, matching mansion) although it froze on Matchington Mansion so had to uninstall it. The battery held up well that day. Tuesday came I was all excited to get home from work and enjoy my new tablet so I’m on ig scrolling and the dang screen went black with a little back light smh. Wednesday is now here been trying to reset like the manual said but still no picture just black back lighted screen think I’m gonna just return it. What a disappointment.

Bought 2 of these on 9/29/18 for $69.99 EA or $139.98 total. For the price they work great with all the stated features. Now, 2 months later, 2 more will cost me 43% or $60.00 more for the same thing. A price increase for 2 the equivalent to buying nearly 3 tablets 2 months ago. They are good but not worth the huge price increase.

it has got exxxxcellent picture quality.hooks up to or uses wi fi and my son loves it.I wish it was shatter proof.my son gets lots of uses from it.colorful screen.

This is for my husband who is kind of behind on technology. It is a nice looking tablet. Picture quality is good. I have a chromebook and Samsung tablet. It is a little different getting around on this tablet. But I think it will be a good choice for him. Also their customer service is excellent! The User Manual that is included is a small booklet and the print is so small anyone over 40 probably needs a magnifying glass to read. I could not find the manual online so contacted the company and in 2 days they sent me a pdf file I could print out for him. Would recommend this tablet.

This was a good purchase. Bought it for my daughter to play games on and her husband asked me where I got it. I ended up ordering one for him as well. Came with a case, screen is very clear and works as expected. Good value for the money.

I liked it A LOT! It is light, feels good holding on hand. The screen show excellent resolution and vivid colors. Runs fast under wifi environment. I used it as a teaching tool, and it has brought lots of convenience! The seller was so nice and sweet that a case was accompanied :)Worth buying!

I really liked the photo editor, and pictures looked amazing but that's the only thing I liked.Big issue #1 - There were several apps that I use that weren't optimized for this tablet from the Google play store, including Amazon Shop.Big issue #2 - the touch screen, it was either so sensitive to touch I couldn't keep my work from constantly moving around making it impossible to work, to the opposite extreme, it wouldn't respond at all, there was no inbetween.The screen issue could probably be fixed but not being able to load my apps was the decision maker for me, I'm sending it back.
