Terrific high oleic sunflower oil
We like this oil very much. The food comes out light and without any oily aftertaste. I think its definitely superior to the Indian sunflower oils which are heavily refined. We rotate this with the Borges Canola oil to make sure we are getting the good ingredients from both oils. Will keep buying this.

Healthy levels of MUFA, PUFA
Bit costly when compared with regular refined oil but it has healthy levels of MUFA and PUFA which is very important for heart health

Value for money. Oil bottle was having dent but no spill. Over all Good product for Health.

Variation in expiry date
On the Amazon site Date of Expiry is given as "best before July 2020", but on the bottle it say 36 months from date of manufacture which is given as September 2019. This is very confusing. Try to avoid such discrepenies where food items are concerned.

A most healthy option Borges Caesar Pomace Olive Oil
This has become my cooking oil of choice. I can certainly recommend it to other health conscious households too.Olive oil is not cheap, but this pomace oil fits into my budget so, I use only this for my family cooking now.
