Not accurate size,7 number needed but got 6 number

Exact bata product and size. No alterations, soft for old person's feet and anti-slip.

I wear slippers and shoes from bata from my very childhood. Now I wear size 4. So without any second thought, I purchased this of size 4. Then I found that this is small in size. I got confused what has gone wrong, my feet or the slippers. I tried to return, but nobody came for pickup. Today I visited a nearby bata store and asked them for a size 4 slippers. And it perfectly fits me.So now I have a doubt whether this is an original product.

Not as comfortable as other products of bata.
