Great product with great value
Tv Rocks. Sound is sober not harsh to ears and the picture quality is good. The price front is unbeatable. The actual cost of the tv is only 7k if you exclude the original MRP of the Firestick, which comes as an add-on with the order. Great value pack. Whoever looking for an affordable with little compromise on the brand face value can go for it. This does not mean that BPL is less or quality is compromised but there is always point of known brand.

This tv is awesome picture and sound is awesome overall awesome product. But the installation service is worst i had orderd this tv on 16th oct but this tv installation man arrived today in the mrng after 11days of purchasing the tv and saying that our installation order had not been opened. please amazon improve our tv installation service

Chinese product..Good till its lasts
I am giving overall 3 stars to this TV due to their poor service. I bought this tv for 11990 with amazon fire stick and got delivery within next 2 days of order. I made a call to their customer service number for installation of TV and to my surprise service guy reached to me within next 2 hours for installation. This service executive was a plain mechanic who knows how to assemble this unit and did the same in just 20 mins time. When I asked him for demo of product he smiled and asked me to check on my own as its a simple tv and he was not aware of features. Finally I asked him to go without demo.Overall view, picture quality is good for this tv at such price point but when I connected my set top box with HDMI cable, I found there is no sound on HD channels whereas SD channels are giving proper sound. Also if I am connecting TV through any other cable then its giving proper sound but no HD quality picture is coming.Twice I complained to BPL customer care but nobody visited in last 10 days.I have only option to watch tv in SD quality only.
