Works great and looks good (after I painted it oil rubbed bronze)
I bought this to replace an insinkerator hot water dispenser (the insikerator was terrible). It is high quality and a low price (always the best combination). The only problem is that it is brushed nickel and the wife would not accept that. So I made some modifications to make it wife acceptable and use higher quality hoses. I'm documenting what I did here for future reference.1. Painting it oil rubbed bronze: - Materials used a. Rust-Oleum 249131 11 oz Universal All Surface Spray Paint, Oil Rubbed Bronze Metallic b. Soft foam from a leftover piece of a foam mattress pad (the kind you use for sleeping on when camping). - Procedure a. I took the faucet apart as much as possible. I took off the spout, pulled out the tube inside it, and took off the tip of the spout. I took off the hot water handle (unscrews) and popped out the red button. I couldn't get the cold water handle off or the blue button off so I just painted over it. b. I wrapped any exposed parts with tape that I didn't want painted (e.g., the part of the spout that sticks into the base). c. I filled in any holes that I didn't want paint to enter with pieces of foam cut to fit. I cut two approximately half moon shaped pieces of foam and put them in the bottom of the faucet so each half moon was in the hole on one side of the tubes extending out from the bottom (I also took off the rubber hose). d. I used sandpaper to rough up the surfaces I would paint. I think I used 150 grit (but could be 120 or something like that). e. I then spray painted it. I held the small pieces by sticking a piece of electrical wire (18 or 20 ga) through the foam in the piece and then spray painted it. For example, I put foam in the tip of the spout and then pushed the wire through the foam so I could easily hold the piece while I spray painted it. I put a few coats on and let it dry for at least a couple of days before trying to install.2. Converting it to use braided hoses instead of the cheap plastic stuff it came with. - Materials used a. Braided hose from water supply to faucet (my water supply is a 3/8" compression fitting so I used a 3/8" line: LASCO 10-0962 36-Inch water supply line) b. Braided hose between faucet and heated tank (I used the Ready Hot tank and it was mounted a little less than 2 ft away so I used a 1/4" line: Lasco 10-0946 water supply line). c. A 90 degree fitting at the tank that is 1/4" tube quick connect on one side and 1/4" FIP on the other side (you can see it in the pictures). I didn't buy this (had it already) so I don't have a recommended source for it. d. Two bushing adapters (this was the hardest part; I bought a lot of the wrong adapters before finding this one). I bought Dynapex Metric Pipe Adapter/Oil Pressure 1/4" NPT Male to M10 X 1.0 M10x1 Female Bushing (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FLQ61RV). The key thing to know is that the threads on the faucet are M10x1.0. I needed to go from that to the 1/4" and 3/8" compression fittings on the hoses. The bushings got me halfway there. e. Two 1/4 OD x 1/4 FIP adapter. One for each end of the 1/4" hose. This converts the 1/4 FIP on the bushing and the quick connect fitting to the 1/4" compression fitting on the hose. I got these at Home Depot. f. One 3/8 OD x 1/4 FIP adapter. This converts the 1/4 FIP on the bushing to the 3/8" compression fitting on the hose.I connected everything up using lots of teflon thread tape and it works great.

Fantastic quality for about a month, replaced, now good again?
I cannot say enough about how great this faucet is. The quality in terms of finish, weight and smoothness or operation and installation is unmatched. The value is incredibly excellent.Update:Just short (thankfully) of one month after install, the hot water valve stopped operating. I provides only a dribble of hot water, while the cold water flow is robust. No kinks or other problems visible. Fortunately I still had their hot water only faucet which I reinstalled and now works perfectly. Very disappointed. Not in stock for replacement, so for now, I will just return. I'm sure failures are rare, but I would reduce my 5-star rating to 3-star for that reason.Update 2.0Having returned my faulty faucet, and receiving a prompt refund, I was sorry the item was currently unavailable for me to buy again. After a few times checking, I found a "used-like new" chrome faucet available roughly 50% off. I took a chance, and when it arrived, it appeared to have never been installed. It looked perfect, and when installed it worked perfectly. I am hopeful it will continue to function. Right now except for durability questions due to one bad experience, I would give this item 5 stars. So, for now I will split the difference and give 4 stars.

Good Value!
This is a combination review as we bought this faucet and a new tank. We replaced our InSinkErator hot water dispenser and tank after less than 4 years of use. This was our second one in19 years. The first one lasted 14 years and we were ready to try a different product. This facet along with the Ready Hot 40-RH-200-SS Instant Hot Water Dispenser System, 2.5 Quarts, Manual Dial, Stainless Steel Tank was very easy to install, looks great, and delivers the promised 190 degree Fahrenheit water temperature. The stream is good and while there is a delay as others have mentioned when first turned on, we are happy we can just push the red button and move the lever to on to fill a small pot. (We had to turn and hold the handle down on our InSinkErator faucet.) We ordered the chrome faucet and received the correct one. Hopefully this faucet, along with the new tank (Ready Hot 40-RH-200-SS Instant Hot Water Dispenser System, 2.5 Quarts, Manual Dial, Stainless Steel Tank Only) will last. There was a trip to our nearby big box home improvement store for 1/4" tubing and a compression fitting for our cold water line. Easy DIY installation.

Preliminary Report: Faucet seems to be a good value for the money
2/13/22 Preliminary Report: The faucet was packaged well and better than I expected. It installed with relative ease even after I had inadvertently (and without properly reading the instructions), cut the plastic retainers holding the undersink bracket to the base of the faucet. A second set of hands then became necessary to hold the faucet from above as I installed the undersink bracket. The faucet attached easily enough to the hot water tank I had purchased earlier using the shark connect fittings supplied with the tank. The faucet mounted to the sink top well and holds securely. It dispenses hot water well. Because of it's height, there is a slight time lag from when the lever is turned on until water is flowing out. I like the safety lever feature. The height of the faucet is much better than the small 7" tall insinkerator model I had previously, allowing for easier filling of cups and other containers. Since the internals on a faucet are the critical elements to longevity, I hope those on this faucet are made well enough to get a more than a couple of years of use. But I'm not too worried, my goons in China have the phone number and home address of the manager of the factory that made the faucet. As needed, I'll try to add more review information if the faucet begins to give me problems.

Excellent product
It has a long cold water tubing which can be cut although it could be slightly longer. It also has the silicon tubing for hot drinking water. The hot lever has a safety feature that you press down to unlock to turn the hot water on. Best of all, the locking plate is designed for installation from the top of the counter. It can be folded to slip into the hole from the top; unfold and secure with 2 screws. There is no need to fight the cluster underneath the sink. Excellent product.

we cannot have the water tank set to the highest temperature as this only makes the dripping worse The appearance of the faucet is nice and it ...
The faucet drips unless you are firm on the shut off motion. Also, we cannot have the water tank set to the highest temperature as this only makes the dripping worseThe appearance of the faucet is nice and it goes well with the renovated kitchen but the drip is annoying

Works for me.
Works great. Arrived before I expected it. Installation was a breeze. Only other thing I had to buy was a hole saw to cut a hole in the counter.
