I would give it zero stars if I could. Did not work. Was not compatible as advertised. Waste is time and money. Junk!

The camera works well! What I like the most is that all I needed to do was activate it through my ADT online account. I had no problems.

Works with TWC IntelligentHome. Saved a ton of money purchasing here and no tech code needed to install on your own.

The camera worked. However, the power supply included with the camera did not. I was able to test it with another power supply from an identical camera. The power adapter did not look like original equipment as it was black whereas the camera and the power supply from the other camera are both white.So, this looks like it was refurbished and they did not advertise it that way.

I have 3 different models of cameras with my Z-Wave system - this is the cheapest and not surprisingly,also the lowest quality of the three I tried. Don't mistake me - this camera works and for the ultra low price (less than half of that of my next higher model), I cannot really complain. But be prepared for limited mounting options, limited resolution and no IR. It was easy to setup though - works with ADT Pulse.Works just fine for well lit areas and narrow angle video monitoring needs - I suppose you could get two of these to cover a wider area and still save money if you don't need high resolution or IR.

Received the camera, checked the website for the company and nothing on either one. No directions came with the camera.There was no name on the camera just a model number and a serial number. So I checked the manufactures website and there is no technical manuals online. They have a distributors link , however you need the username and password. I am just guessing hereit seems these are sold to installers and not meant to sell direct with the consumer.

Works perfect with ADT pulse. Plug a network cable from the LAN side of the iHub into the camera and log into the web portal on ADT's website, then click system, them manage devices. A pop up appears, click cameras then the RC8021. Follow the prompts to attach it to the IHub and you are done.
