Got this for my 12yr. Old daughter who’s dad passed away a few months ago... when I put the ashes in the chamber is extremely small so very hard to get any in and then to close the heart up was even harder... The first night she wore it the heart(and ashes) fell off the necklace 4 different times.. maybe 2 days later the latch to the chain broke.. I then fixed that and the same day the piece that holds the charm on the necklace broke.. I would not recommend this product nor would I purchase again!!

I fell in love with this necklace when I first saw it! It was a perfect way to keep my recently deceased mother with me at all times.However, after 3 months, it is tarnishing. I do not wear it in the shower or any kind of water. I do wear it every single day.I was hoping that this would be something I could wear daily to have my mother close to my heart always. But it appears to be something for only occasional wear. :(The bad part is, when I had the funeral home fill the heart with my mothers ashes, I had them seal it with glue so it would never accidently twist open. Now, when I purchase something else, there is no chance of getting her ashes out of this one. :(

I was very disappointed with this product. I got this for my 5 year old granddaughter so she could have her Daddy ( my son) with her at the father-daughter dance. The little heart with her Daddy’s ashes in it fell off. It just fell off and was lost. She was so devastated!! It should be made better than that! When it first came we were really pleased. It’s very pretty, but not well made.

Got mine today along with the other three styles I ordered. Very pretty but smaller then expe xted be careful with the chain.
