This is our favorite thing for getting wrinkle free clothes without damaging the fabric. The steamer is much quicker and easier to use than an iron for clothing made of manmade fibers, like polyeater or nylon.I won't mention how many things we've accidentally melted with the iron when we forgot to lower it from the hottest setting. This steamer heats up quickly and removes wrinkles with ease. We just put distilled water in the steamer and plug it in. By the time we put the wrinkled item on a hanger and hang it on the shower curtain rod in the bathroom, we have steam. So much easier than the iron for sleeves!

I was able to steam an entire wedding dress for my daughter on a trip to Vegas. Since it only holds a certain amount of water it took 4 times or so, but it WAS a wedding gown. It’s fast and way better than ironing. I use it at home regularly as well. Fast and easy

It didn’t remove wrinkles like I expected and it more of a hassle than an iron

I had never used a hand-held steamer before, so I didn't know what to expect but saw a lot of great review photos. Some of the negative reviews left me skeptical about this product but after using it myself, I'm not sure why so many people had issues.1 - this heats up very fast. Make sure you tighten the cap well so that it doesn't accidently leak boiling water. Also - do not fill above the max line. that could be why some people experienced leaking.2 - I used tap water and had no issues of water spots on my curtain panel.3 - Got a full tank's use to do one 84"x54" curtain panel.4 - I thought I had to use an oven mitt behind the item to get a smooth result. Nope....as long as you just lightly hold the fabric and then do your thing with the steamer on the rest of it, the wrinkles come out no problem5 - some people have complained about being burnt and water spitting out. I'm not sure what went wrong for them. Hold the steamer straight, do not tilt it and no water will spurt out, at least it didn't for me. This is not meant to be used like an iron where you have clothes or curtains laid flat on a surface like a table. This is for hanging items. Keep your blouses on the hangers, keep your curtains on the rod.6 - the water tank is small so you can't expect to use this continuously for more than 10 mins - if that. But it works well & fast if used in a focused manner.I'm impressed with results for such a little device.

The only downside is that you have to hang your clothes because the water will spill if you tipped 😳

I rated 4 stars overall only because the steam doesn’t last very long… long enough to do a single super wrinkly garment, but if you want to steam multiple items- you’ll probably have to refill. However, it works great & is super easy to pack & to store! I’m happy with the purchase.

Not sure if this is normal, but while using unit there is a constant water drip.

The first time I used this in the UK, the heating element inside melted!! The smell of burning plastic was horrible. Water began dripping out of the bottom. SO SO disappointed and now left without a steamer for my trip. A complete waste of money and I can't drag around garbage on my trip to return it to Amazon.I tried it out in Canada when I got it and it worked fine, although I noticed it used up all of the water in just 6 minutes. But it was lightweight so I thought whatever... I had done some research for the best steamer and saw iSteam listed on a website as a lightweight steamer. This product does not have the iSteam name on it, nor on any packaging. I could not be more disappointed!

Justo me llegó ayer y lo use esta mañana para planchar mi traje. Impresionado con los resultados, en instantes todas las arrugas desaparecieron.Se ve muy práctica para poderla empacar, así que me va a ahorrar mucho en tintorería tanto en casa y cuando salga de viaje. ¡Satisfecho!

El depósito para el agua es muy pequeño, solo alcanza para una prenda. Aunque no se llene al máximo, empieza a arrojar gotas de agua en vez de vapor, por lo cual es muy difícil de utilizar. Considero que además de el botón de encendido sería bueno que tuviera un botón que permita controlar la salida del vapor, porque una vez que se calienta el agua comienza a salir vapor y gotas y no puedes detenerla a menos que la apagues.

Lo compré para una sesión fotográfica y me llegó justo a tiempo. Me salvó el día porque en cuestión de minutos planché las prendas para la sesión y quedaron súper bien, con más vida. Aunque haya planchado la ropa con anterioridad, recomiendo tener una plancha de vapor a la mano, el acabado es diferente, más fresco. Si me gustó y considero que fue una buena compra.

Me gusto mucho! Esperaba que fuera más grande y me tenía un poco descontenta, pero al ver el tamaño real me encantó, es pequeña y cabe donde sea. Hice unas pruebas para ver si funcionaba y hasta ahorota todo muy bien
