Gumbies Islander, Unisex Open-Back

I very big love these, and although are practically indestructable, I how have 4 pairs of this gorgerous footwear. I buy more not because they have worn out, far from it, but they come in such lovely colourways that I get a bit overexcited and buy more.I have bought several pairs for friends, and they are universally loved by all genders.They seem to fit everybody too. The hardwearing sole is slightly curved, so fit a wide variety of food widths.The toe post is made of soft and comfortable canvas, so no blisters or sore bits either, they are lovely to wear from day oneMy latest pair were bright pink and blue striped and with bright blue nailvarnish, look delicious.I can and do highly recommend Gumbies to anybody who will listen

I don’t find flip flops easy to wear but these are amazing. They arrived quickly although they were needlessly packaged in plastic which was frustrating when I had been trying to search out a more environmentally conscious brand of sandal and thought I’d found one. This is the reason for losing a star. The sandals themselves are truly excellent, and I wore them daily for two months while travelling, preferring them to any other footwear. The soles provide more grip than any flip flop I’ve ever used before and the wide toe area suited my foot shape well. They still look in good condition despite miles of walking and use in and out of salt water. I would buy again but would like to see the packaging revisited by the company!

I am an avid flip flop wearer...these are some of the best flip flops for the price I have bought in ages. So impressed, I bought another pair.Some reviews say they weren't true to size...I had no issue with that. I wear a 9UK and ordered a 9UK...fit perfect.Others say they slip on tile and wood surface...well I have no issue again. I have wood, tile and carpet in my house...haven't slipped once yet.If you love wearing flip flops as much as I do...I highly recommend this product!! Value for quality product well worth the price.

I don’t wear flip flops as I cannot stand the peg inbetween my toe.But I take it all back these are fantastic so comfy and sturdy you do not slip like you did in normal flip flops in fact I’m going to buy a pair in every colour. Plus the sizing is great and the perfect fit these are amazingly comfortable and I would highly recommend why should they only have these in Australia ha x

These are great looking flip-flops and I suspect would be ideal for the beach-life; the sole is slightly curved, so it fits my feet better than the standard straight ones where my heels seems to be much closer to one side.The between toes "post" material is comfortable and causes no problems. The drawbacks are that the sole is thin and doesn't really offer any cushioning at all (the tread style apes the concept of a flip-flop cut from a tyre), the straps are also a little too loose for me, which is surprising as my insteps are fairly high. I wouldn't choose them for walking long distances, but if you just want to look cool on the beach, they're fine.

This is the first pair I have ever bought. I usually wear Cork footbed toe post sandals because they are comfy but these are much better and cheaper!!! I shall order more of these for my holidays and will also try the slippers. I hate it when your feet hurt but I have had no problems with these right from the very first time I wore them. Also the delivery was super quick so give them a go, I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

Ordered these as a treat for myself. Never had them before but the reviews have always been good. I can't fault them. They're so comfortable. No soreness between the toes. Will definitely order snorer pair for holidays. Can't wait to show them off. No going back to cheap & cheerful for me.

I loved the look of these, and still do. They have a well shaped sole, and are not prone to coming off. The 3 star review is down to their resilience. After the first week of my holiday, where I wore them every day, the fabric in the base had pulled off the sole and worn through under the balls of my feet.I expected a £25 pair of flip flops to last better.
