Fit in the motoz desert h/t I raced for Sonora rally
I was a little uncertain on sizing when I got the tire and mousse. When we started to stuff this into the motoz tire, it looked like the mousse was too big for the tire and that the sidewalls wouldn't wrap around and fit into the rim. We thought for sure that mounted the tire would be impossible. But we used a rabaconda and jammed that mousse/tire onto the rim. It worked! So anyone out there struggling with this mounting/fitment dilemma, lube it up and stuff it in. It's worth the effort because my setup worked beautifully FOR THE ENTIRE RALLY. I ran the same front mousse and tire for the whole 5 day race. Yeah, it softened a little but that thing still had life when I needed it on stage 5. Absolutely fantastic. Basically, if you stuff this into a tough tire, it's hard work but the tough tire will prolong mousse life. If you put it in a grippy MX or trials tire, it'll be easy to mount but not last as long as the tougher tire.

Better feel over other bib mousse brands and no break in needed
Purchased a front Nitro Mousse to try for a rock race and received without the mounting lubricant (not included). After purchasing the lube from a local dealer I installed and my son was happy with the feel of the front tire. The other brand bibs feel dead and effected the steering quite a bit. The Nitro Mousse has a much better feel to it, not quite the same as a regular air filled tube but better than a standard mousse insert. Time is the real test so we will see if this last as long or longer than the other products we have tried. So far after a 3 hour rock run the front tire feels like new. Install was a bit harder because the bib feels stiffer over the other brands so bead buddies and 3 to 4 good quality tire irons are a must. No break in time was needed, felt great right away! Again make sure you have lube ahead of time because it isn't supplied.

No more pinch flats!
Best thing I’ve put on the bike in a while. Tired of flat tires and pinch flats when replacing tubes? Then bite the bullet and by a mousse! Easier to install than a rubber inertube. I run maxis desert IT tires and they are very thick and stiff. Very hard to not pinch the tube when installing. These went on in less time and no pinched tube. Trick is use all of the grease it comes with. Use a bead buddy or in my case, 3 tire spoons and vice grips. It slid rite on and I couldn’t be happier. Buy it and kiss flats good bye. Braaap.
