Q: Can you add honey to the recipe? If so, how much would you recommend without messing up the recipe?

I've never tried it myself, but I would imagine you could try up to 1/4 cup and still get good results. Let us know how your results are please : )

Q: Total carbs per half inch slice?

A half inch slice of a Sandwich Loaf will run about 5-6 total carbs and with 3 grams of fiber you will end up with 2-3 net carbs

Q: How long does the product stay fresh? I don’t see an expiration date on the package.

The Best By Date is stamped at the top on the back of package. Our mix has a shelf life of 12 months. Avoid direct sunlight and warm temperatures. Some customers have even kept it in the freezer!

Q: Can you use egg whites from a carton for this bread?

Hello! Good question. Yes, we recommend that....it is a lot easier than cracking whole eggs too!
