UPDATEBought for my son, and chose this model as he had never flown a drone before. Took it to the middle of a baseball field near a park where we live. As soon as he moved the controller to lift the drone, the propellers went full speed and quickly lifted the drone up. We tried to bring it down, but it kept lifting. Hit the home/return button (another reason I bought this model) and nothing. The drone proceeded to lift and drift and is now in the top of a tree.This was my sons birthday gift. He got maybe 30 seconds out if and is now crushed.Sure, he and I were not experienced with drones, again the reason we got this one AND went to the middle of a field to use the first time.I did reach out to their customer service to let them know about my struggles, not to ask for a replacement. However they were good enough to send a replacement when they didn’t have too. They sent extra instructions (which may or may not now be included with original purchases) and remained friendly throughout the process.We have had better luck with the replacement, but the instructions are still a little vague and controlling the drone is pretty tough, considering this is billed as a beginner drone. It’s hard to get it to hover in a controlled environment.In all, for the money it’s not bad. Having a combo rc car and drone is very appealing to kids. Better instructions would probably help those like me that are not the best with gadgets.

This was fun for my son, it was easy to fly. We got it May 6th 2020 and it is now May 29th 2020 and he can’t fly it anymore. The part that the blade screwed into broke in half. I don’t know what the part is called so I cannot order a replacement. If the store owner could message me I would appreciate it, I would like to replace the piece!

It was a gift to my nephew. We had a hard time understanding how to get it going seemed to have a hard time staying connected with the remote

A little cheaply made but the 2nd battery is really helpful if you have more than one child or adult who wants to fly it. I think it’s a very good value for the price you pay for it!

This product broke after my second time flying. Not above 5 feet. The wheel broke. They replaced it, then the second one did the same thing on the first time my son took it for a flight. Wheel broke off again. This time it was flying at roof level when it had a tad harsh landing. It still flies but no longer can drive. In fairness it was fun to fly the few times before it broke twice
