Good tape at a good price. Very pleased

Adhesion is very good. Thickness as expected. It has made a difference to my aching leg. Did not know about an ebook with suggestions on how to use. Doesnt mention it much might be useful if i can find it

Works as it should..sticks well.

I blivebtjis I use it to attach my heat pads as they don't stick. This tape is sticky but does not upset my skin.

This tape has excellent adhesion.It has the centimetre grid squares on the reverse to aid cutting the strips to size (not all kinesiology tape has the grid, some have lines spaced at 1cm apart, others are blank or have a makers name).I must admit that I don't use these tapes for running. I use them to keep my medical patches attached to my skin. Otherwise they have a habit of falling off!I ordered the multicoloured selection and I received the same colours as in the product photo (colour selection wasn't guaranteed).In the past, I've also used kinesiology tape to secure first aid dressings. It's especially handy if you have to apply dressings to feet, as the sweat means they fall off pretty quickly. If I could turn back time, I'd also use them to cover my heels to avoid new shoes rubbing!All in all, it's a great product and the multipack is reasonably priced (per roll it's cheaper than a certain bargain supermarket & the last I bought from them didn't have grid squares on the reverse)
