Clean rice, soft Idlys and Dosas don't stick to pan.
Clean rice. Idlys are reasonably soft. Dosas are good and don't stick to the pan. The rice is on the expensive side.

This time, I received Idly rice was mixed with some other rice more than 40%. I am really unsatisfied. Pl ensure before despatch the product, b'coz we are paying more than two times of cost from the Tamilnadu market cost.
