Healthy porridge
I use it in place of oatmeal porridge . I add some sea salt then some Stevia powder or prune juice add a bit a almond milk - lovely 😊

Teff grains were unfortunately inedible as they were full of sand/grit that grated on the teeth once the teff was cooked.
