Leg Avenue Women's 2 Piece Fairytale Snow White Costume

Very cute! For the most part fits good unless you have a larger chest.

I would usually get size XS from Leg Avenue, but this time I decided to follow their size chart, which was a mistake. I got size Small, and I was so disappointed when it came and I could easily fit three more outfits underneath. I'm giving this four stars, though, because I wanted to return it but postage costs so much where I live, so I wrote to Amazon and they credited back my payment, and the really nice rep told me through an email that I'm free to do whatever I want with the costume. So I had it altered (I had to take off a LOT by the way, since it really was too big) all around the waist, back, and even shoulders. And it looked so much better after that.

I'm 5'4 and 20lbs 'overweight' with a 36D bust. I wear a size 10 dress (in moderately sized brands) I have naturally broad shoulders and ribcage but don't carry a lot of extra weight in my ribcage and I have a smaller waist than most people my size. I ordered a Med/Large and would have been happier with a medium.I have a long torso for my height and the skirt hit 6-8inches above my knee. (I'd probably be 5'8 if my legs weren't so darn short.)I don't blame the manufacturer for this, because I was on the fence about a med or med/large and I figured bigger was better than 'won't zip'. The very long red ribbon gives at least an extra six inches of torso room if loosened. I'm going to have to work with it to get it to look better than my pic does.The area I'm most self conscious of is from 3' below my belly button to the bottom of my hip. Other moms know what I'm talking about. This costume was perfect for covering that area. The part of the top that ends in a 'V' shape doesn't reveal anything I don't like there.This dress fully covers a bra, which was a relief, because it's hard to find a strapless that holds the girls up.The fabric is thin, as you'd expect from a costume. It definitely shows a bra in back. I don't 'bulge' there very much, but it seemed to accentuate what does.I usually can't wear a plastic headband without getting a headache, but the one included is actually very comfortable.The petticoat is not included, which is clear in the description. The secret wishes scarlet petticoat 'often bought with' this costume was shorter than I'd like. You won't be able to see it unless the dress is pulled up, the petticoat is pulled lower than it should be (like my pic) or you bend over, which looks sexy in the bedroom, but I wouldn't reccomend the modest do in public with the dress plus petticoat. (I'm not modest so this'll be fun with a cute pair of undies. 😉)The reason for only 3 stars is the collar. It doesn't just itch, it hurts!! I have soft skin and I'm going to have to find something to cover it where it attaches or my skin will likely rub raw. I couldn't just knock off one star, because it really really hurts. 😕

The costume was average quality for a pre-made costume. However, I'm typically a US size 12. The med/large was so tight that I couldn't zip it up, despite the size chart saying it fits to a size 12. So if you're a size 10 or more, my suggestion is looking elsewhere.

I took 2” off my skirt to allow it to show my stockings more. Overall really amazing quality. I wanted a different costume but I’m happy I chose this one and I don’t do reviews with my photos but this definitely needed one. Thank you 🍎

Don’t let the picture fool you. This is very grumpy. Runs large. You would need a couple tutus under it for it to look like the pic. It is long, almost to the knees. Returned.

Overall I loved the costume and I was super happy with how it all turned out. The skirt portion of the dress is a bit thin and therefore a little see through, but I was wearing white leggings anyway so not an issue (I assume also not an issue if you're wearing the red skirt with it, which I did not purchase). It did need a solid steam to get the wrinkles out upon arrival, but that was no problem. My only issue was the size. I referenced the size chart and I am certainly not a 0/2 dress size - so I went with the S\M and not the XS. I ended up needing to pin both sizes a fair amount but it wasn't noticeable and ending up being totally fine. For reference - I'm 5'3" and 130lbs. I would happily purchase another costume from the same place, and just go down one size.

Fit perfectly, I got a ton of compliments. Very happy with this purchase. Just wish it can’t with the stockings as well.

Arrives very fast, and fits well, so it earns its stars. However, the material looks very cheap, and feels uncomfortable, so I ended wearing it painfully. My skin was itchy the entire night. Party City has cheaper and better Snow White, but it arrived too slow. So, if you are not in a hurry, don't buy this one

Such a great costume! I really liked the lace collar and ribbon headband. I got XS and it fits perfect to me. I'm 163cm, 48kg. It some how bit large but fits just as I expected! Great product( ◡̉̈ )
