I normally avoid weight belts. They dig in and are very uncomfortable. WOD Nation Weight Lifting Belt does none of that. The first time I wore it, my husband asked me if I was going to take it off. I completely forget I even had it on. The support is great as well. Normally I get some lower back discomfort with OHS. When I did some heavier OHS with the belt on, I could feel a major difference. It helped a lot in keeping my core engaged and stable.I believe I got a medium for my waist size and the sizing is pretty spot on.WOD nation has yet to let me down on their products. I'm always looking for what they come out with next!!

Good weight belt. After i broke my old one, it took me forever to finally buy another one. I’m glad I did. I waited a little while before I wrote a review. It’s holding up great after a couple months of heavy lifting days three times a week.

I love this belt! It fits so well, is easy to get on and off and supports my heavy lifts. The material is very strong and the support feels instant. This belt is incredibly comfortable and feels like it was made for my body. I definitely recommend this belt!

Awesome Belt! Easy to take off and put back on. The velcro is supper strong and will not lossen up while your moving, jumping, running, squating etc. Perfect for CrossFit Wods and heavy lifts. You will not be disappointed, I promise!

Awesome belt! Great construction and very comfortable. I’m 5’3” with a 27” waist and the size small fit perfectly. I was able to cinch it as tight as I needed on my lifts. I would definitely recommend this puppy to my lifting homies!

Great quality belt for the price! I was right on the edge of two sizes so got the smaller and it fits great! Very easy to adjust between sets and stays in place! I would recommend to anyone looking for a basic lifting belt!
