Perfect pop ups every time once you get the hang of it that is

Great product for teaching how to catch fly balls as well as grounders. It is well made and quite durable. I would recommend this to coaches or just anyone who would like to teach someone to improve the game.

Works fine with practice

We have really enjoyed the Accubat as a training tool.

Hits the ball great. Have to get used to holding it straight. It will shoot off to the side if it isn’t held straight

It’s pricey, but a great coaching tool to replicate high pop-ups in both infield and outfield. Fungo bats can hit in the outfield, but its difficult to replicate high pop-ups. Also useful when you have limited warm-up space and coaches not comfortable with hitting consistent pop-ups with Fungo bats.

This is a lot better than using a baseball bat... No matter how good you are w/ a bat, this will allow you greater accuracy for fielding practice. It still took some time to get a feel for my accuracy when hitting really high pop flies, but some technique adjusting I was quickly giving way better fielding practice consistency to my little leaguers. Expensive, yes. But worthwhile in the end.
