AccuraPulse Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor BP Cuff BPM-80, 1 Count

Purchased this for older family member. I had it checked against family doctor's readings; it was in range and the doctor approved it for our home use. Large display is easy to read. Unit is easy to operate for taking daily readings. History is easy, but may be confusing for elderly. However, great since it includes time stamp so I can review the readings. I deducted one star for the following 2 reasons: Has ability to monitor 2 different people. The swap is too difficult for elderly to master. It does not retain the time in memory when the batteries are being changed so you have to reset that; again, a bit too difficult for the elderly to do even though they can change the batteries without much effort. Battery life seems to be good.

I’m a nurse and I use this on a regular basis at work. Very handy to have. Although I will say, it’s always best to take blood pressure manually, sometimes there just isn’t time!The only negative thing I will say is be careful not to drop! Mine fell about 2 feet, and landed face down. The front was completely shattered:( Still works though

I purchased this after giving birth to my daughter. I was suffering severe migraines after being discharged. A friend of mine told me I should be checking my blood pressure, even though when I called my doctor she wasn't worried about the symptoms I was having... so I bought this after reading reviews. As soon as I put this on it gave me a reading of 214/108 and I rushed to the hospital. I compared my readings to the one given to me at the ER and they were the same. So I would say it's accurate. I was admitted for postpartum preeclampsia. I'd like to think this purchase saved my life. I still have to regularly monitor my blood pressure and I report my readings to my doctor. When I go in for blood pressure checks they are about the same. I highly recommend.

The monitors packaging was cheap, thin cardboard and the batteries included were damaged, but the monitor worked as advertised.The device is easy to setup, and easy to use. I took a couple of measurements and they were fairly accurate, but I have nothing with me to compare against. The multiuser memory was nice.

Product is fairly easy to use, and less cumbersome then others. Though getting it in the right spot is not that easy. It will show either a blood pressure that is way to high, or move it slightly and it will be much more accurate. Overall though i would recommend

I have to monitor my blood pressure on a daily basis. I has a BP unit that used a cuff and you had to pump it up. It was quite accurate. I was at the eye doctor on Saturday and they used one of these wrist units. I like the idea that it was totally automatic and comfortable. I search Amazon for such a unit and I saw the Gurin and it had a 4 ½ star rating – better than even the more expensive units. I ordered it and got it Sunday. Easy to use and just as accurate as my old unit. I like that I can store data for 2 users.Bravo on a good product.

Product is comfortable and easy to use. However, I am not set on the complete accuracy of this. Most of the time, I'm around my normal range. However, there have been a few times where it is way off. I'll wait a few minutes and try again and results were around 40 points less than a few minutes prior and it would not have changed that much with no changes.

The Accura Pulse checked all the boxes, and I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase!On a scale of 1-5, it definitely rates a 5, a high 5! It was super simple to understand how to monitor my pressure and record the results. And the fact that it came almost ready to use out of the box was a plus. Smart thinking on Gurin to include the battery!
