Great rack! Very secure.
Love, love, LOVE this rack. It was was easy to assemble and easy to install in our Chevy Silverado. We have tried putting the bikes in forward -- front wheels in the rack -- and it worked fine, but we have even more security when we started putting the back wheels in the rack and leaving the front wheels near the tail gate. I put one bungee cord over the front wheels just because I always have to overdo everything, and the bikes do not move. Our bikes are mountain bikes and we have no trouble fitting the fat tires (whether front or back wheels) into the bars of the rack. We have used this bike rack many times already and it is holding up well and seems to be very durable. We are extremely happy with this purchase!

Bicycle pickup rack
I had to modify it to accommodate my fat boy tire Bicycle. Assembly instructions a little vague, but using a little common sense not that difficult to figure out.

Doesn't fit well
When assembled, it seems a little sloppy, moves around at the joints too much. I would not fit my GMC Canyon bed. The mid-sized trucks have a slant toward the front of the bed that keeps the fastening system from working. I gave it away and bought a rail top system.

Waste of money
Worst purchase I've made on amazon. Had to get my bike repaired after using because it fell over and bent the gear shifter bracket, this is even with tying it down with straps. The issue is standard sized wheels won't fit properly in the rack, this should only be marketing for kids bikes. Very disappointed. If I still had the packaging I'd return.

Good quality, reasonable price, installs easily.
I found the rack pretty easy to assemble, and it fit snugly in my F150. I did use a wrench to tighten it inside the bed, it is very snug now. I have two large bikes, I found it more stable to load with the back wheel in first, and turning the front wheels slightly to fit in the bed. The real test will come when I go for long road trips. but so far so good!

Bike still falls
I assembled and installed the truck bed bike rack last month. Assembly process made me nuts. The instructions were minimalwith poorly drawn illustrations and no text. After three hours of cussing and growling I had something that resembled therack. I mounted it in my truck bed and loaded two bicycles which immediately fell to the side putting a twist on the front wheels. The design doesn't hold the bicycles in a stable, protected position. I will sell it at my next garage sale in hopes of at least recouping the $20 shipping fee. I'm back to roping the bikes in the bed of my truck.

Rage bike rack
This rack holds the bicycles in my truck bed securely, though I did have to install longer bolts than provided as my truck bed is wider where I had to install it. I would recommend putting the back tire of the bicycles in the rack and tie or strap the front tire to the truck bed. The bike doesn’t shift or tilt then. Otherwise very happy with the purchase.

road bike rack
rack for bed of truck is perfect for our needs since we can't use the tow hitch and are already using the RV's ladder. the spaces on this rack are a little thin for mountain bikes. We made it work but pushing down the foam pads. But my husbands larger tires are too tall but his bike fits at the end between the rack and side of the truck and we just buffer it with a pool toy.
