Installation was clear and easy. No problems. Quality of the item is very good. Nice and heavy construction, sturdy. These were a good value. I needed towel racks in several spots in our new home, which did not offer many open spaces for a traditional rod or ring. These fit the need perfectly. There is no sag to them, I bought both one and two arm versions. The two arm version is a tight fit when new. When you move one arm, the other moves also. I think this will minimize as it 'wears' in. Very happy with the purchase.

I waited a few months before writing this review to see how this towel bar would hold up. I must say this is a very well made towel bar. First it looks great, high quality materials and very sturdy once it is mounted. It swings out to make it easy to hang your dish towel and/or dish cloth and then can swing back against the cabinet so it is out of the way. This solved the problem of where to hang my dish towel so it was easy to access plus I have room to hang a dish cloth so that it can dry properly. Once mounted it seems solid and I have no fear that it will pull off the cabinet, (I screwed onto the side of a wood kitchen cabinet). There are a lot of towel bars to choose from but for what I was looking for this one fits my needs perfectly. Highly recommended.

Overall very satisfied and will probably buy another. This towel bar is made really well. My only complaint for my application is the bar is pretty short for a standard hand towel. I replaced the 9in bar with a 17in one and it is way more practical now, holding one large or two small towels. When installing you will definitely need better anchors then what are supplied. I used some large auger style ones and have no issues with the bar shifting when I rotate it or pull the towel off.

Heavy duty. Excellent product. My towel is handy for me and it dries out well. We installed into the wood sill so it was just screws. It is a two person job in my opinion, to get the bracket tight enough not to fall off. I am very satisfied with this towel holder. It is satin finished and matches my appliances.

I'm a contractor. The towel ring is very well made. The instructions may be causing some to install mount backwards which explains concern it doesn't stay on wall. I mounted it with a single 1 1/2" screw in a stud. Careful with set screw not to cross thread and be sure to tighten it. I mounted two, on adjacent walls. Because of the 180 degree turn they both face same direction. Very pleased with product

I looked at hand towel bars at every big box store in town and came close to purchased two until I happened upon this one on Amazon. I paid less for two of these than a single bar at those stores. This bar has a nice finish that matches my nickle plated fixtures exactly and really dresses up my bath. I ordered the screw type fastener and it's the standard set screw on a bracket like mose bath fixtures. It comes with two heavy screws, anchors and allen wrenches and mounts in just a few minutes. They look so nice that I'm considering replacing my bath towel bars also.

I did not anticipate being satisfied with a towel rack that had such a low price tag, but I was pleasantly surprised. The metal is thick enough to be sturdy, yet thin enough to not need massive hardware. It's just large enough to hold one hand towel folded in half. My only problem was the plastic bag that held all the hanging hardware was empty. I'm lucky we had everything that was needed from other projects.

I was hoping to use this as a paper towel holder. If it had been 10.4" useable space, it would have been perfect. Looking closer at the picture, it looks like the 10.4" may be for the full arm including the other side. If you look at the photos I included, it's just shy of 10 1/8 for the full bar and 9 1/8 for the usable space. Too short for paper towels. Still a nice solid towel bar.

I did not have many choices for the narrow spaces each side of the vanity. A ring would have been too tight. I like this one much more. Quality and value are good.

We put this in our newly renovated main bath. It is not to big and works great for our hand towel. Very stylish. Would definately recommend.

It was what I wanted, but quality control on removal of machining burrs was not there. It was expensive but the swing arm feature was what I wanted
