Delicious
I bought this oil to drizzle on my food, I am strengthening my immune system for the winter. But, I’ve also stated drizzling the oil on my scalp too. I took a while to leave a review... so here we go, very good quality Pumpkin seed oil has an intense nutty taste and is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. Makes a delicious salad dressing and my hair is benefiting too

I love that it’s not only delicious and has great health benefits (rich in vitamin E, zinc, omega 3- and 6- fatty acids and antioxidants). Best of all it’s affordable organic!

Nice For Salad
The bottle was smaller than I anticipated, so it's quite pricey for how much you get. I usually splash a bit of hemp oil on my salad, but like pumpkin, so thought I would experiment a bit with different oils. It didn't taste as strong as hemp oil, but it was still nice. Have no idea about the health benefits, as I bought it for the taste, but trust that any plant or seed oil would do me some good.

Great Flavor of Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
I'm taking this straight for health reasons and was worried about choking down oil, but am pleasantly surprised at how good it tastes. I've tried it on bread and vegetables and the hearty pumpkin flavor comes through. I'd say it is a medium bodied dark oil.
