SITKA Gear Merino Heavyweight Half-Zip

Sitka is over-priced in my opinion, but kudos to their marketing team for establishing the price point from the beginning. It's more of a status symbol in my parts. However; the product quality is pretty solid.

Quite warm as a baselayer. Adds a fair bit of heat under an outer layer. Indoors is plenty warm by itself. Fit well, very happy with fit (XL, 6'00" and 200 lbs)

Have never been disappointed with Sitka. It’s definitely an investment to me. As much money as I spend in order to get outdoors, I might as well be comfortable while I’m there.

Great for long treestand sits on the cold.

This shirt (XL) is considerably oversized. I should've read the reviews more closely. At 6' 210lb, I'm swimming in it.**I have not yet laundered this garment

Warmer than warm

Sitka products are extremely comfortable, warm and durable. My wife laughed at me when I put mine on just to wear around the house. Sitka is my happy place

This shirt has a strange for and super huge arms near the shoulder. As a base layer it has massive upper arms in comparison to the forearms. The grange fit was not worth the 50% off clearance price. Hopefully they redesign this piece and bring it back with a better pattern.
