Tecnica Unisex Moon Nylon Fashion Boot

Ok, since I was born in 1971, I feel somewhat connected to this boot, being that they were invented in 1970/1971!!! First of all, I love "vintage" everything. Sneakers, clothes, etc. I had moon boots as a child, and when I found them again, I knew I HAD to have them. Besides the fact that my children want me to play in the snow with them, and other "popular" fashionable boots on the market are not good for snow play. I ordered these in Black, and I ordered a 35-38, since I am a 7.5. They fit just perfect, although, if you wanted to wear thick socks the boot would be snug (remember, with the Euro sizing, this range is from like a 4.5-7.5). The padding inside is dreamy. Not cloud-like, but dreamy just the same. These are so warm, you don't need thick socks. Also, the boots in a size 35-38 make my feet look cute and small, if that is possible?? anyway, they are well made and adorable. You will get LOOKS. If you are not the sort who can handle some sideways glances, these boots are not for you. But the reaction is not negative, it is "WOW. Are they warm?" I live in Buffalo, so people really need to care about warmth first. I've worn them out and about with leggings, and they look so cute. You could wear them with skinny jeans, too. I suppose you can wear them with ANYTHING, but for a more fashionable look, and to show off the "Moon Boot logo" I choose pants that can be tucked in. As for the sizing. I am a solid 7.5. If I had gone with the 39-41, I believe my feet would be swimming. I think for driving, you may be better off being a bit closer to the high end of the size range, because, as others have said, these are bulky on the sides. I am loving them. Paid 66.33, and feel that is a steal. I now want the rainbow ones! I will have to pay more for those. Also, keep in mind, you can wear these without snow on the ground, but the soles were meant for snow. So I would think that on pavement too much, you would run the risk of breaking down the soles, just sayin. Someone had posted about the soles not holding up. I will update in a few months....stay tuned if you care.My litle boys want these now too, which is very funny. They freaked when I took them out of the bag. They were like : Oh mom, those are so cool!!!!!!" I would love to see more teens in these because they are known to want to be fashionable with less concern for warmth. With these boots, they would have BOTH and with the size range there is a real possibility that the boots can be shared or passed on, as young feet grow. I'm very frugal, so I think paying 200.00 for a 13 year old's boots is not wise, unless you can really afford it. Just my two cents...peace. Have a blessed Thanksgiving! I putting on my legging, a big sweater and my Moon Boots to go out in the snow to Grandmas house! My feet will be toasty, and if I decide to go anywhere that I have to be outside, I will have the warmest feet in the crowd.

I have another pair (a kinda dark bright pink) but the color is not practical with most of my outfits and I thought the price was right so I ordered another in white and am considering yet another pair in another color, maybe black. I almost ordered a size down but decided not to because I am afraid they might get too snug, my last boots are a little big I have the 42-44 I originally purchased them on sale in a outdoor equipment/clothing store after I had wanted a pair for years they were marked down due to lack of snow that winter, I psychically tried on a few sizes (I wear about a 10 and a half in shoes women and a 9.5 in mens they run big but 9 runs too small and normally in women's have to purchase an 11 and deal with my shoes being a little big because I am pretty sure 10 and a half is basically non existent. So I am used to having shoes be a little big, rather that than small.) When I first put my foot in they seemed more snug than my last but quickly loosened up (the insulation is extra puffy at first) like my others with my first wear so the size is overall how I expected.These shoes are great with a pair of skinny jeans or leggings on a cold day, yesterday night my boyfriend and I went grocery shopping at 3 stores, it was about 1 degree when I went out and the wind chill made it feel like negatives, I wore my moon boots, some cheap leggings and skinny jeans on top, a fleece jacket and this lighter weight "wool" feel north face jacket, one of them fur hats that looks like a cat with the scarf attached and its got pockets, and lined smart touch gloves and the only thing that was cold on me was my upper legs the area between my coats and my moon boots.I get a lot of comments on these boots, to be fair I love my shoes being the center of attention and I buy a lot of strange footwear purposely for that reason, when my boyfriend went in for surgery they wrote "pink shoes" next to my name when they asked who would be waiting for him and instead of calling my name the nurses would come find me by my shoes! The kids usually blurt out "mommy she has shoes like a spaceman!" Women all say they look warm and that they seem perfect for our cold weather. People try and touch them, ask me where I bought them, how much I paid and how long I have owned them and I always tell them I have 2 pairs because I was sick of trying to match everything to one. A few people even have a nostalgic moment, the lady who owns our local diner remembers them being popular in the 80s or early 90s and when I used to work out at the school one of the people who worked out said she had a pair in the 80s. People also ask me if there hot which I tell them I am a poor judge ever since I lost weight my feet always feel super cold to the touch and if I accidentally rub my bare foot against someone sharing the couch with me they usually give me a hard time about having such cold feet.

Just to be clear this is the price for TWO boots. Whatever reviewer that said it wasnt was wrong. I ordered these boots because suede and knitted boots are all I could find otherwize and lets face it those types of boots are not waterproof no matter how much they say they are. So far I love these boots. Only wore them around the house to try on but they fit as expected and are comfortable and super cute. I wear a size 9 american because I have wide feet and ordered a 42-44 and they fit my feet perfectly. I'm also very happy with the height of the boots. I'm 5'2" and don't have very long legs so they come up about two thirds of the way to my knees. And they make me a little taller too! Overall great right out of the box impression. Edit. I have now had these for two, going on three Wyoming winters. For anyone who doesn't know our winters start in October and last through April with tons of snow and fridges cold. They have held up really really well. Barely any wear and tear, tread is still practically new and my feet sweat even if I'm outside for an hour at a time so they are incredibly warm. I have also gotten more compliments and people asking where I got them than any article of clothing I've ever had. I highly recommend these boots.

Different people different opinion! I love everything about this boots , at first i order gold color and one size bigger than my normal size by reading other people comments , most of them say this moon boots run small so i got size up . In my case WRONG ! Gold color is way to flashy and not easy to match to every outfi... One size up , in my case Wrong , this boots are very wide , and there is no way if you are size 8.5 or 9 usa that you need 42-44 which is Usa 9, 10.5 . For me they are true size and i dont think anyone should go size up becauae this boots are huge bulky and very wide , but very comfortable , light and warm !

Die Moonboots sind hochpreisig aber auch von sehr guter Qualität. Sind wunderbar warm und angenehm zu tragen. Die Lieferung hat etwas länger als angegeben gedauert war aber noch ok.

Saputo questo, ha provveduto immediatamente alla spedizione e invece del 28 li ho ricevuti prima di Natale. I moonboot sono originali e arrivati nella loro busta. Davvero un’ottima esperienza.
